What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like most about Lemlist is how straightforward it is to create and manage personalised outreach campaigns across multiple channels. The visual campaign builder makes it easy to structure sequences, add follow-ups, and tailor messages, while the personalisation features help my outreach feel more relevant and less automated. What do you dislike about lemlist?

What I dislike about Lemlist is that the campaign workflow can sometimes be confusing to set up, especially when I’m using conditions, delays, and branching logic. It isn’t always obvious how the different steps will interact with each other, and warnings may appear without clearly explaining what’s wrong or how to resolve it. What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lemlist helps me manage personalised outreach at scale. I can organise email and LinkedIn sequences, automate follow-ups, and track prospects without having to handle every interaction manually. That saves me time, keeps my outreach more consistent, and reduces the chance that leads get missed. The personalisation features also make messages feel more relevant, which can improve engagement and makes it easier to run and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
