"lemlist Makes ICP-Based Sequences Easy, With Great Support and Tracking"

What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like most about lemlist is the ability to build different sequences tailored to each ICP, with built-in notifications so I never miss a task that needs to be done. I can also track open rates and clicks for my highest-priority leads, which makes it easy to see what's actually working. Support has been excellent, I get help right away whenever an issue comes up. The Lemlist agent is a great addition for sourcing targeted leads, and I make heavy use of the LinkedIn extension to scrape profiles directly from LinkedIn and bring them straight into my campaigns. What do you dislike about lemlist?

Updating tasks manually takes a bit of time, otherwise nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is lemlist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before lemlist, our outreach was generic and follow-ups often slipped through the cracks. Now we build separate sequences per ICP with task notifications keeping us on track, which has resulted in better follow-through and higher reply rates from our top leads. We also had no visibility into whether our messaging worked. Now we track opens and clicks, so we know what's landing and can double down on it. Lead sourcing used to eat up hours. Now the lemlist agent and LinkedIn extension pull in qualified leads directly, saving us great time. MCP connector is something I am still exploring claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
