"My engine for running personalized multichannel outbound at volume without torching deliverability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The multichannel sequencing is the real thing: email and LinkedIn steps live in the same cadence, so a prospect flow isn't stitched together across three tools. The personalization variables let me make every message feel one-to-one instead of one-to-thousand, which is where reply rates actually move. Deliverability tooling (warmup, sending limits, inbox rotation) is baked in rather than sold as a separate product, and that has kept my domains healthy through sustained sending. The API and integrations are solid enough to plug into the rest of my stack instead of forcing me to work inside their UI all day. Support and the community content are genuinely useful when you're debugging a setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Reporting is the weak spot. The dashboards tell you open/reply/click, but pulling clean per-step, per-segment numbers to actually decide what to change takes more manual work than it should. LinkedIn automation is powerful but rightly capped, so scaling that channel means adding seats, and cost climbs fast once you're past a couple of senders. There's a real learning curve on the first campaign build, and a few settings are buried where a new user won't find them. Occasional UI lag on larger lead lists.
