What I like best is that lemlist brings the entire outbound process together in one place - you can see and run both LinkedIn and email in the same sequence instead of stitching tools together. It's genuinely effective. The AI, agents and workflows do a lot of the heavy lifting, and the signals feature is great for triggering outreach at the right moment. Honestly there isn't much I dislike. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of all the features when you first start, but once you're set up it works really well and the breadth of functionality is worth it. Before, LinkedIn and email outreach lived in separate tools and it was hard to see the full picture of a prospect's journey. Now we manage multichannel sequences together, so the whole outbound process is visible and coordinated. The AI, agents and workflows automate a lot of the manual steps, and the signals let us reach out at the right moment - which has made our prospecting far more efficient and effective.
