Lemlist is a very easy-to-use platform with strong LinkedIn integration, especially the ability to manage multiple selections efficiently. The HubSpot integration is also a real advantage, as it helps keep sales workflows connected, organized, and easier to manage. The onboarding experience is smooth and clear, which makes it easy for new users to understand the main features quickly and start launching campaigns without too much complexity. I also appreciate the AI features, which can help save time when creating outreach messages, improving personalization, and optimizing campaign content. AI support is becoming increasingly important in sales automation, and Lemlist is moving in the right direction by making these features accessible and practical for everyday use. A few areas could still be improved. Phone number enrichment can become expensive, batch performance could be faster and more reliable at scale, and I would like to see more advanced AI features in the future, especially for sequence optimization, smarter personalization, and better recommendations based on campaign performance.
