What do you like best about Ledgy?

Ledgy makes equity management completely effortless. My favorite aspects include:

- Centralized equity hub: Brings all cap table data, documentation, and history together in one secure platform.

- Employee empowerment: Dedicated dashboards give employees full visibility into their equity and vesting schedules.

What do you dislike about Ledgy?

Not much to complain about here! It’s mostly just feature requests as we scale. In the past, making bulk updates to parameters across several transactions at once felt a bit manual. What problems is Ledgy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ledgy addresses the complexity and friction typically associated with cap table management. It allows us to transition from manual, paper-heavy signature processes to fast, scalable digital workflows. It also eliminates the pain of complex equity reporting with clean, centralized data.
