"Ledgy Keeps Complex Equity Data in One Place - Intuitive and Shareholder-Friendly"

What do you like best about Ledgy?

What I like best about Ledgy is having everything in one place. We have a PE-style share structure with multiple share classes, so having a single source of truth for the equity data is really useful. It also gives shareholders a great experience, as they can easily access their documents, transaction history and share information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ledgy?

There isn’t anything significant that I dislike. As with any equity platform, there are some areas where you need to spend a little time understanding how certain features work, particularly with a more complex share structure, but overall the platform has been very intuitive. What problems is Ledgy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ledgy gives us one central place to manage our equity data, which is especially helpful with a PE-style structure and multiple share classes. It reduces the need to rely on separate records and documents, makes reporting and day-to-day administration easier, and gives shareholders much better visibility of their own information, documents and transaction history. Thanks so much Justyna for this review, really glad Ledgy is giving you that single source of truth for a PE-style, multi-share-class structure. That's where the complexity tends to live, so good to hear it's staying manageable.
