What do you like best about LeasePilot?

I have been using Lease Pilot for almost 10 years. I cannot imagine going back to drafting leases where all fields, exhibits, signature blocks, etc. must be inserted or typed manually. This tool has been a game changer. It has vastly increased the efficiency and speed with which I am able to draft documents. It has also allowed me to easily insure that my co-workers and outside counsel are consistently using the same language for negotiated clauses. It is extremely easy to use. What do you dislike about LeasePilot?

While Lease Pilot has made many advances and improvements in the past 10 years, it does not have the same ease of formatting and spell check as you find drafting documents in Microsoft Word. That said, the help desk/customer support is incredibly responsive when an issue arises and overall, the increased productivity vastly outweighs the minor nuisances that sometimes arise with formatting. What problems is LeasePilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lease Pilot assists in streamlining the initial lease drafting and revising process. It also ensures consistency between the language used in leases across the company's portfolio, including those negotiated by outside counsel (whom we have granted access to Lease Pilot). Using Lease Pilot, we are typically able to turn around a new lease in under an hour which saves on legal costs and moves deals to the finish line faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
