Customer service is non-existent. After upgrading our trial to the expensive Learning Centre subscription we expected some kind of contact from them because the subscription includes "2 hours Premium Onboarding and 24/7 Premium Support". We have received nothing. Not one of the 4 follow up emails to their online support requesting more information has been answered. Sadly, it was because of the favorable reviews for customer service elsewhere online that we were swayed to Learnworlds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
