From the start, it was very straightforward to implement and use within our organization. Some of the features I appreciate include the course management and enrollment functionalities, as well as the course design tools that make it easy to create courses directly in the system. The analytics and depth of analysis offered are also impressive, but what has been especially valuable for me is the automatic, rule-based course assignment. Finally, I am extremely satisfied with the level of support provided. Whenever my team or I had questions or concerns, the Learnster team was always available to offer timely and helpful advice, from the smooth integration phase to our daily inquiries about maximizing the platform’s capabilities. First, the scheduled sessions module could be enhanced, particularly regarding the invitation emails and how replies from registered participants are managed, such as distinguishing between declines and acceptances. Managing learning for 5,000 employees after 2 consecutive mergers is a significant challenge, but with Learnster, we have been, and continue to be able to handle it efficiently and smoothly.
