## Leapwork Reviews
  ### 1. Strong UI, Clear Automation Flows, and Reliable AI Validation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The UI is strong, and I like having a visual view of how the automation flow works. AI is available, and the AI validation works perfectly. However, the other functions feel inaccurate and can lead to issues. Support is offered via chat on the main site, and you can expect quick responses.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The upfront cost for local hosting is quite high, and the licensing model can also become expensive if you want to run multiple schedules at the same time.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork handles the bulk of our regression testing, saving thousands of hours each year. Having it integrated into our test management system also means we get immediate feedback on regression testing progress.

  ### 2. Leapwork: Visual, Collaborative, and Easy to Onboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew E.

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I really like that Leapwork is very visual, making it easy to navigate and use. The ability to easily set up sub-flows that can be reused and maintained is great. This feature allows our testing team to collaborate effectively on the same project. Another thing I appreciate is how easy and straightforward the initial setup was, and the more we use Leapwork, the better we become at creating efficient flows and sub-flows.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Leapwork allows you to create variables to use throughout your flows; I would like some form of 'Variable Management', which we have requested and I believe is coming in a future release. The reporting structure could have more customization and filtering features. Also, the scheduling/calendar control could be better.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork enables us to set up regression testing flows for quick bug detection and issue identification. It also speeds up new team member onboarding and allows collaborative work on the same project with easy navigation, visual aspects, and maintainable sub-flows.

  ### 3. Exceptional for Dynamics 365 Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris B. | Co-Founder, Board of Advisors, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I use Leapwork for test case automation for Dynamics 365. It significantly reduces time and human error that result from manual testing. We find it to be the best product in the market for Dynamics 365 automated test case creation and execution, integration with DevOps, and end to end and regression testing, saving countless hours of manual time. It's nearly flawless, and I appreciate the continued innovation in the AI space, bringing next-gen capabilities to the Leapwork platform.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Moderately easy setup but required engaging professional services for assistance.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork reduces time and human error from manual testing, saving countless hours of manual effort.

  ### 4. Excellent Product, Easy To Use, Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter M. | Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like how Leapwork is both straight forward to use as well as creating solutions with a great UI/UX. Other similar tools create messy solutions which become challenging to maintain. With Leadwork's blocks/colour categories it makes it very straight forward for us to understand/maintain developed solutions.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The major downside we have is the lack of ability for us to be able to maximize our resources. We can not split processing up amongst machines easily. Mainly, we have to assign an automation/flow to a singular machine and we do not have the ability to allow Leapwork to run an automation on which ever machine is available. This creates a lot of scheduling conflicts as well as bottle necks when we have flows which have to be ran randomly throughout the day.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of repetitive, time consuming, and error prone tasks we carry out both on web portals and internal desktop applications. Leapwork allows us to automate tasks to both reduce errors and free up employees time so they can take on tasks which can help generate the company more revenue.

  ### 5. Easy to Use, with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stijn D. | Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Easy to build flows with subflows.
Provides any tester with a platform to get started quickly in automation.
Capable of handling any web application we’ve tested so far.
Customer support is responsive to feedback — we feel heard, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

A more scalable solution for running scheduled tests would be valuable.
Technical support is available, but could be more proactive.
A published release calendar would help us plan for upcoming features.
Test result management could use improvements for large sets.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have testers who have no coding experience and they are tired of doing the same manual testing again and again.
This is freeing them up to bring more value to the organisation and delivering more results.

  ### 6. The best Codeless Automation Tool in the Market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The tool is simple yet highly effective and robust. It is easy to implement and utilize, which has significantly streamlined our automation processes. Creating test cases and deploying them to Azure has become much quicker. Integration with various test management tools is straightforward. The team can build test flows using drag-and-drop blocks, eliminating the need for programming, making it ideal for testers and stakeholders to understand. It integrates seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services. The recently released AI-powered test data generation blocks support testing by enabling data generation, extraction, and transformation. Video-based reporting helps pinpoint failures quickly, and the visual dashboards provide clear insights. Leapwork’s intuitive design and robust capabilities make it particularly appealing for enterprises with complex tech stacks or limited coding resources.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The lack of code design options can be limiting, as the platform only supports C#. Unlike Selenium, it does not allow for custom scripting, which can be a drawback for teams that require complex validations, integrations, or dynamic test creation. Additionally, the implementation cost is quite high.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork support team is available 24/7 to customers which is quite beneficial to solve and get quick answers. Come across so many cases where support team has been very useful to solve some complex scenarios for tests.

  ### 7. Reliable tool with excellent support and training

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Product
The Leapwork tool is stable, intuitive, and effective for both desktop and web applications. While automating legacy desktop applications can take slightly longer than web applications, the platform handles both well. As with any tool, there is a natural learning curve. Prior automation experience is not required, but it can be helpful in building a solid framework from the start.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda V. | Systemowner D365 Finance & Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like the overall experience of cerating an automated test. It is very easy when you get the hang of it. The work done together with Professional services made a huge impact on the amount of automated tests we got done.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

O do not dislike anything about Leapwork. The follow up by Leapwork has been extremely good

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the time spent by users manually testing each version upgrade in D365FO. Leapwork also discovers changes in your daily work after an upgrade. You then get the time to investigate if this is an error with impact on your business or just a new feature that needs to be adressed an alerted to the users

  ### 13. The overall best test automation tool that I have tested so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan B. | QA Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

  ### 14. Excellent No Coding Automation Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I'm a QA manager, and my team has been utilizing Leapwork for four years. None of my QA testers had experience with automation before purchasing this product. Through the helpful tutorials provided by Leapwork my team quickly learned how to automate both windows and web apps with a minimal learning curve. This has been a game changer for a small QA team to be able to automate apps and alleviate the need to test every function manually. I would have to say though that were Leapwork also stands out is its technical support team. They are not only super fast to respond via a simple chat, but their knowledge of the system is amazing. Even after a call is complete, they will send you a knowledge base article or video link to further assist you in the area you were discussing.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The only thing I believe this product might be missing is the ability to add security to folders so that if you have multiple teams utilizing the product, one team can't overwrite another team's code.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork alleviates the manual testing that is done on every update. This automation reduces our turnaround time, allowing us to get needed updates out to our users faster.

  ### 15. Automation with Leapwork

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juhi G. | Lead Test Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Tool has a lot of capabilities, works well with different platforms within my organization and it absolutely requires no coding experience. We used this of End to End testing and handles all the integration cases very well. I was amazed with its capabilities to switch between multiple application within a flow with much ease. The framework and flows created are very robust and requires minimal maintenance effort

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Could have better and more user friendly Canavas to design flos

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization doesn't have many developers, and this tool can be used by business analysts and testers with no automation background. Saves cost of hiring automation developers

  ### 16. Intuitive and easy to maintain no-code tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Signe J. | QA Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The structure with sub-flows which makes it very easy to maintain the test repository despite a rapidly evolving and changing UI. The Studio application itself is very easy to navigate and a lot of help is provided while implementing tests.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Not very cost-efficient for scaling compared to other tools (i.e. charge per agent)

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up time for QA Engineers to focus on test design, test planning, risk mitigation, exploratory testing, etc. Further, more frequent feedback on product quality and speeding up processes around releases.

  ### 17. Leapwork experience Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

What I like about the leapwork is how logical it is. It can automate or test web or desktop application purely by building blocks and connecting them by creating a flow. I love that there are many ways to go around for creating flow or we can reuse created blocks as a subflow. I love how its work with number of options to run the an agent. Its easy to start using, easy to get support in working and easy to modify flow when there are some changes to subject of flow. They provide training with our package and it was immensely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Its easy to start but there's a bit of learning curve in understanding how to use strategy for creating subflows and making them reusable.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to create flows in regression testing on of our application and automate a task in another of our application.

  ### 18. Time-Saving and Highly Flexible Automation Testing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dina G. | Application Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Highly customizable test flows that can be run on multiple schedules with dynamic variables. The ability to run JavaScript code helped me capture web elements in high precision and therefore enable me to run tests with high accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Studio is only accessible by desktop app. I would like to be able to have an easier way to quickly login to, perhaps a browser version of leapwork studio so that I can see the logs of the automated runs in a user-friendly interface, that is also supported for mobile view.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to save time having to manually check if my website pages are working as expect post releases and it has allowed us to identify issues on our websites before a customer calls us, effectively allowing us to quickly resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

  ### 19. Easy to Use, Fast Updates, and Excellent Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

It's capabilities, ease of use, it's easy to on-board new staff, its speed in updating flows in case of changes, its SSO support and great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Support chat doesn't support screensharing.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stabilizing our run and change, quicker ROI, test teams can cover more applications in the same time compared to FOSS test frameworks.

  ### 20. Leapwork for Dynamics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita S. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Easy to use and modularity, implementation

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Less flexible compared to open source tools.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing lot of manual testing effort and increased testing coverage.

  ### 21. Implementation of a pragmatic test automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raf V. | QA Lead - Wonen in Vlaanderen (via Vlaanderen Connect), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The two biggest advantages when using Leapwork are at first the ease of use and low threshold of understanding of the way the automation scripts are build in a logic, abstract, but still user-friendly way, and secondly the superb way of thinking and work as a joint team of the Leapwork Support Team.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

What I could consider as still a downside of Leapwork is that fact that it still isn't being used by enough companies and customers due to its rekatively high starting cost. A bigger user community and common knowledge center would be interesting and beneficial for all users.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork is an enormous help to perform all regresssion tests of existing software solutions in an automated way. As such the test experts can focus upon newly developed functionality in depth.

  ### 22. User friendly and great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like how easy Leapwork is to use and how it's easy for people with no coding experience to use it

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The debugging of automations could be a bit easier to use

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Leapwork to test internal software and automate repetitive tasks that our users have

  ### 23. A great Low/No-Code Automation Tool, easy to get started with and richly rewards advanced users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I went from being a tester of 20+ years testing experience by no experience in automation (although I had dipped my toe in some Selenium learning, but never had opportunity to apply) , to now, after a year of using Leapwork on an Oracle product, and also D365 products, am confident and relatively advanced in my ability to automate, lead in automation through Leapwork, and troubleshoot / debug tests made in Leapwork.

I was astounded at how quickly it was possible for my team with no experience to start creating successful and useful flows in Leapwork, and as we progressed in our knowledge and understanding, finding how feature rich Leapwork is, and even now have only scratched the surface of what is possible.

Customer support has been great, and our AD has been good to deal with and very proactive.

I have also been impressed with their helpdesk support which is usually quick and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

As with any tool, there are always things that we wish it would do. Our team, especially those that have experience with coded automation frameworks, get frustrated with Leapwork Debugging and understanding what it is doing sometimes (as they can't see the code behind each Block in Leapwork).

Also as with any automation tool, it will perform poorly if the automation framework is not correctly planned - this isn't a fault with the system, it is a fault with implementation. But people looking to implement should realise this isn't a panacea for all testing problems and good automation strategy, practices, and discipline are still vital.

Also, we have found limited value in testing Integrations with this, it may not be the tool for that type of testing, but also, we haven't tried hard.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily regression testing on SAS products where we have no control over the periodic releases and have limited time to regression test and solve issues prior to production.

  ### 24. Great in automation and testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I am a user of Leapwork automation and testing for the past 1 year and I can say, it seriously transformed the way we do our work. It helps us to automate a lot of manual boring work and also to use in our main systems regress testing. The no code approach made it so much easier to build and the flow chart look make its easier for anyone to follow the flows. The Customer support is great. Very friendly, fast response and approachable.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

So far I love working with leapwork. So no dislike.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork helps with regression testing for all our application and also help automate a lot of manual boring work.

  ### 25. The Strengths and weaknesses of Leapwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geoff S. | Test automation specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Getting up and running with Leapwork is extremely easy. It is able to address a wide range of testing scenarious. The product is very well thought making great use of technics like colour coding to enhance useabilty and abstract complexity. I love that its native plugin is much faster than selenium

Its fully featured and able to address almost every automation situation without any requiring code. It's visual encapsulation of programatic blocks makes addressing complex automation challeges far easier with a wider scope. In some respects it like a Lego solution for software automation.

It has a wide variety of integration with main stream business software such as Azure Dev Ops and Office. Leapwork is very tester oriented so it maps well to knowledge of users familiar with testing methodology. This also supports users with a devops and coding background organise testing and develop strategies approreately.

Implimentation is robust and and straightforward. Leapwork is highly scaleable for many users.

Customer support is excellent. Problems are nearly always resolved directly via chat or with in 24hours. Excellent owner ship of complex issues when they arise.

Leapwork is a go to daily tool for a test team which needs to automate. I like that the company has continued to the automation landscape like use of AI and Mobile testing while maintaining a consistent UI.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The biggest downside is its easy of adoption! Just like lego there is a range of sophistication. This can easily lead businesses to underestimate the inherent challenge of automated testing and trying to run before they can walk. Especially for complex products with many stake holders such as D365. Leapwork is very powerful tool, yet still relies on good business planning and through knowledge testing best practice.

Some areas that would benfit from futher attention: Defaulting to the largest screen resolution for test recording can be frustrating during development if Dual screen resolution is miss matched. Tools for manging developement of long complex automated tests exceeding 5 mins could be enhanced. ie allowing sections of tests to be visually segregated (colapsed and expanded as well as being selected for execution as an IDE would allow. The log window shrinks too much when the test review window is expanded. It would be better if the test review window or Log windows were able to exist in their own window.

It would be helpful if Leapwork reported clearly on host infrastructure performance over time out of the box. Ideally Leapwork is hosted in a stable well managed infrastructure.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork is automating testing for Dynamics F&O. This is a highly complex mission critical product which often presents complex user journeys. The powerful encapsualtion of this test automation solution means far more effort can be directed towards creating tests. This also means scope of testing that can be addressed sucessfully with test automation has increased significantly

  ### 26. Stable, User-Friendly, and Powerful No-Code Automation Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martijn d. | Functional Application Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork has changed the way our team handles automation in our retail environment, giving us both reliability and flexibility. The visual interface is intuitive, so building workflows is not only efficient but also really fun—and, to be honest, a bit addictive at times! I personally forget about the time alot while working with Leapwork.

We dont use Leapwork only for test cases, but also for automating certain recurring production tasks.

Overall the implementation and integration was easy with the available documentation and implementation support of Leapwork.

We had some minor issues, but customer support was able to help quickly and guide us in the right direction.

Working with Leapwork is part of our daily routine and workload.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Honestly, there is not much to dislike about Leapwork. If anything, it’s so engaging that you might find yourself spending more time than planned building workflows because it’s just that enjoyable!

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork helps us automate repetitive tasks, both in testing and daily operational workflows, which has significantly reduced manual labor.
This is particularly beneficial in our retail environment, where efficiency and speed are crucial.
By automating these processes, we’ve minimized human error and improved the accuracy and consistency of our work.
The ability to create reusable subflows has streamlined our workflows, saving us a lot of time on routine tasks.

  ### 31. Nearly perfect tool for TA Beginner and Experts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan B. | QA Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The easy-to-understand visuals. You can do anything you can think of. We have used it for 24/7 testing and pipeline testing and it works great.
The integration with our CI/CD pipelines was very easy.
The support is exactly what I expected as a German customer.
Implementing new tests is much easier than with other tools we have tried.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

If we want to increase the number of parallel tests, we have to buy more licences.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team and a lot of tests and teams to manage.
We cannot test everything manually when it is needed. But with Leapwork we run over 4,500 tests a day on desktop and mobile devices for web and app.
We let it run automatically in the moment our teams want to be tested. 24/7 a day.

  ### 32. Maturning our Test Approach

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Automate processes that do not require human intervension

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

With every update on DOM the leapwork flow would need to be continuesly updated and maintain. In one way it helps to understand changes but also requires hand-on support in such situations.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork solved a major issue to save time on extensive regression testing. User facing applications require to be extensively testing that carry sensitive information involving sales and finances which can be carried with ease via leapwork once the flows are up and running.

  ### 34. Leapwork customer service and professional services teams excellent

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The customer service and professional services teams have been excellent in the business case and technical assistance they have provided for our transition to the Leapwork automated testing tool.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

For browser based application testing it can be challenging to find the best strategy to use when validating a test case result.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regression testing for an application with multiple mandatory releases per year.
Reduces the time to test end to end processes which were all manual before Leapwork.
Allows for automation of API testing which was manual before implementing Leapwork.

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is excellent tool to rapidly replace manual repetative tasks with an automated soluton, it works across a range of applications from websites to windows applications. It has lots of great features and can integrate to multiple systems (databases, api services etc.. easily).

We have used Leapwork to remove admin burden from our customer services and claims teams. We have also used Leapwork to perform basic daily checks to ensure our systems are operational.

We have also started to use Leapwork to automate our regression testing, which has started to remove manual effort from the testing process.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

The slight issue we have experienced is whena google chromium engine update is performed our flows can stop working until we manually update the chromium component.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing manually repetative tasks and freeing up resource.

  ### 37. Better with more improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

We are using Leapwork as an critical production application for a checking all other production systems everyday instead of using it as a test automation tool. We have automated more than 1500 checks and scheduled them to run seamlessly across different production systems. It is really easy to create the flows, saves time and effort and really good UI to support every configuration. Efficient way to automate your checks or to use it as a check tool which is realiable.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Several things I like to see improved as for our usecase (Since we use and treat the tool as a production system)
1. Like to see a good and quick response support team.
2. Posibility to automate the deployment of the tool. Currently there are several issues like, when doing a installation we have to get the license key manually, need to enable https manually. These things need to be fixed

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork helps to automate a full set of manual checks(over 1000) done by a whole team every day on production system startup and production system shutdown.
It has been reliable so far

  ### 38. Automation without code

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork's drag-and-drop interface is a joy to use. Building automation flows feels like piecing together a logical puzzle, making it accessible even for non-programmers. Onboarding was really easy. I was up and running with basic automation within a day. The platform is well-documented, and the learning resources are excellent for both beginners and experienced users. Even though the user interface is easy to use, Leapwork packs a punch with features like data-driven testing, cross-browser compatibility, and integrations with popular CI/CD tools. It can handle complex scenarios without breaking a sweat. Also the visual nature of the platform makes it easy to share and collaborate on automation flows with team members, regardless of their technical background. The Customer Support is really friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

While the visual flow makes it easy to understand the logic, debugging errors can sometimes be a bit challenging. More detailed error messages would be helpful. If flows get very complex it might be challenging to navigate through the flows.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork is a no-code based test automation tool which helps me to automate test cases and reduce manual test efforts

  ### 39. Powerful Tool With A High Return On Investment!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony R. | Lead Software Quality Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

What makes Leapwork stand out is the powerful array of web, mobile, desktop, OCR, and many more functions that are easy to learn for those with no prior coding knowledge. Leapwork's ability to parametrize commonly used operations (sub-flows), locator strategies, and excellent variable scoping allows the user to automate even the most complex applications and seamlessly drive testing across different environments and/or versions of your software. We have been able to integrate Leapwork with our TeamCity pipeline to run hours of automated regression tests on a nightly basis for our latest code base, helping us catch bugs even quicker. The Leapwork support team is also incredibly responsive and more than happy to screenshare with you to figure out any issues. Because Leapwork has been so powerful and easy to use, we've realized a return on investment much sooner than anticipated!

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

One thing I would like to see improved is the ability to automatically rerun flows that have failed as part of a run list. Some of our failures turn out to be very minor/flaky things that don't happen after re-running. It would be great to have the option of automatically re-running failures X number of times. Additionally, we've encountered scenarios where agents in the run list are being held up by some flows that take longer to run or are stuck in some sort of loop. In these cases, Agent A is taking very long or stuck in some loop while many other flows that have been assigned to Agent A cannot be started because Agent A is stuck. It would be great to have an agent distribution method that dynamically allocates agents as they become available instead of assigning an agent to each flow before starting each step in a schedule. For example, each step in a run list would reserve Agents 1-10 prior to starting the step, but within each step Agents 1-10 will be assigned to whatever flow is ready in that moment. It won't assign Agents 1-10 prior to starting the step. Another small pain point for us is identifying reports and videos. Having multiple teams that work off one controller, it's currently not possible to separate reports by team. All reports are dumped into the same central location and are not titled by the name of the schedule/run list/flow, so it's nearly impossible to find relevant run videos if you have a lot of flows in your run list.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork has saved an incredible number of manual testing hours which has enabled our manual team to test far more customer enhancements and defects prior to releasing builds, as well as take on other projects.

  ### 40. My Leapwork Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa T. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like that it is easy to understand and to learn. You quickl get an idea about how to build a flow and what the single blocks are doing. I also like that there is the option to create subflows, so a sequence of flows can be used over and over again.
Leapwork is great with their Customer Support. They usually respond very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

You have to invest more time into the "Edit Web Element" option, where you can add X Paths, attributes and so on. But once you get a feeling about how to do certain things, then it gets easier.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of the Run Lists we can run our flows whenever. A big advantage is that they can be run during the weekend.
The subflows are really helpful for us, because we have a lot of repetitive sequences/steps. With the subflows we save a lot of time.

  ### 41. Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter P. | Life Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Our Leapwork colleagues have gone above and beyond what I had expected when we first started to collaborate. Their product appealed to us as it fitted nicely with our team's skills set and they tell me its been a pleasure to work with. But the thing that has made the difference to me is the timeliness of their communications to and with us and their attitude which is one of always wanting to ensure that we get the best from the relationship and the product. A lot of companies profess to offer this but seldom really do.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

I can honestly say that I have not found anything to dislike yet.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speed, accuracy and efficiency of testing

  ### 42. Good for setting the groundwork and getting accustomed to automation testing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

Leapwork is intuitive to use for first-timers. Also it might be a good place to start on the journey towards maturing your organization for automated testing. Easy to use and an overall nice and logical UI, and well-documented on their website.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

It is not particularly fast, nor is it reliable for automation that requires interacting with websites. Especially if the website is updated frequently, the amount of non-value adding maintenance of existing, broken flows takes more time than just testing manually. Also, the suite does not auto-update nor notify users of a new update, which means we ran a 2 year old, outdated version of Leapwork, which we did not notice until we contacted support about a few bugs we tracked down to not our own services, but to the Leapwork automation suite. Turned out, they were indeed Leapwork software bugs, which were fixed a year and a half ago. Generally buggy, I would say. Chrome iMacros could do some of our automations in a tenth of the time it took Leapwork to perform the exact same steps.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapwork did help us identify a few minor issues in the automated testing, and at one point also one major issue that had not been discovered by the Operations Team. However, at one point we were reviewing the flow videos, because it had given an "OK" for a long time when actually that feature did not work at all, which we were curious about. Turns out that the flows were correctly set up, but due to "lagging" and unstableness of the Leapwork suite, it would randomly skip steps or just end flows in the middle of a flow with a "success" message. This was disappointing to discover, and led us to hire a JAVA automation developer instead of using Leapwork. Leapwork might be right for some, but not for us. In the end, with only some 30–40 flows, time was spent on maintenance instead of new automations. With our 95% automation test goal, Leapwork did not cut it once our organization matured in our automation needs.

  ### 43. Leapwork one of the best no-code test automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pramod M. | Director, DevSecOps/Cloud and Agile SDLC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

No-Code test automation tool
Anyone can learn and start automating tests without any experience
Online videos are all you need to get started
Great customer support and 24 hours online/chat (human) help available.
Complete integration into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Any use case that we have, LEAPWORK is able to fulfil, covers all our feature requirements.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Struggling to find anything that I dislike about LEAPWORK. Our 1st implementation is going live in July, followed by multiple more this year. Will be able to talk about enhancements in future.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We will like to use LEAPWORK in our Smoke Test and Acceptance Test that are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines which automatically deploy containers/microservices. LEAPWORK quick test automation and pipeline plugins help us achieve this very easily.

We will like to use LEAPWORK to perform Regression Testing periodically and distribute the load among different agents all throughout the day to reduce the number of licenses we need, we are able to do it with ease.

**Official Response from Duncan Young:**

> Dear Pramod,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review and share your feedback.

  ### 44. An excellent framework backed by an excellent company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhared S. | Director of QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

The framework itself provided features that no other offerings were able to provide: the ability to actual work with our legacy code. We have an old 30+ year codebase that we've had major difficulty finding a framework that worked properly, leading us to build something in-house that was a pain to maintain. With Leapwork we've found an option that actually works properly with our software without a major amount of trouble. Initial integration was problematic, but this brings about the 2nd major reason why Leapwork is an ideal partner - their customer support is top notch. From the get-go Leapwork assured us that they were here to ensure our success. Over the past 9 months since our initial engagement, that has definitely been the case. Any support issues, bugs, best practices, etc. their team has been very willing to work with us to provide resolutions and solutions. We are well on our way of FINALLY having a proper automation suite.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

Pricing scheme made our initial investment small, and we're now hitting the limits of some of our licenses as more and more team members want to utilize the software. We're still getting our ROI underway, so we won't be able to expand licenses immediately. However, once we realize success it should be a simple matter to justify additional investment in Leapwork.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

30+ year old legacy code that was not easily automated with other frameworks. In addition my QA team consists of a large number of non-tech-savvy users who do not have a ton of automation experience. Leapwork solves both of these issues by providing us with a framework that actually works with our software, but all of our QA engineers are capable of producing automated tests with it.

  ### 47. New Customer Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherisa M. | Senior Vice President (Senior Manager), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

It is very easy to use and there are alot of documentation on how to convert certain actions from test development while using this no code automation tool. There was adequate and thorough training on the tool by leapwork and their professional services team has been extremely helpful. we are 2 month in with using the tool and team has been able to create 40 subflows and completed 10 end to end processes.

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

1. No powerbi integration for reporting to leadership who don't have access to the tool due to license.
2. No direct integration with Azure DevOps for Traceability matrix with automated status and linakge in ADo but there is a integration that allows for the test plan to be added as a run list but no ability to configure in leapwork the change.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prolong regression testing cycles, this tool will help reduce time and cost.

  ### 48. Easy to use and does not require developer coding experience.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Leapwork?**

I like that Leapwork is 100% visual. It makes it easy for non-programmers to create automated scripts. There's no "behind the scenes" code you have to worry about either. Everything is "WYSIWYG"

**What do you dislike about Leapwork?**

What I dislike is that once you're using Leapwork, there's no way to export it to another tool in the future. So if you go with Leapwork, you're stuck with Leapwork.

**What problems is Leapwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UI test automation
