What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leapsome takes the heavy lifting out of tracking onboarding timelines by automating reviews based on probation periods. For 1-on-1s, historical tracking is seamless and stays intact even during manager handovers. The instant feedback feature makes it effortless for managers to request input and for team members to send praise. I also appreciate their commitment to continuous updates; the AI feature is genuinely useful for summarizing feedback and polishing review copy, and the Slack integration keeps everyone updated on review invites and peer feedback. Overall, it's a competitive tool with impressive ongoing feature releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

When a review question disables the open-ended text box to require a rating only, the post-submission UI still displays a tag stating "No feedback provided" next to the answer. This is confusing for both reviewers and managers, as it implies the question was skipped or incomplete despite the rating being submitted correctly. Selecting peer reviewers can be cumbersome; bulk filtering by department or job family pulls in large groups, requiring manual deletion line-by-line. From an accessibility standpoint, developers on our team struggle with the bright light theme, and a dark mode option hasn't been implemented yet despite user requests. Finally, initial onboarding was challenging, as support leaned heavily on self-serve documentation rather than hands-on, direct guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
