What do you like best about Leapsome?

As a FinOps Analyst, I appreciate tools that reduce administrative friction while improving cross-functional visibility. Leapsome does a fantastic job of streamlining our performance reviews, goals (OKRs), and feedback processes into a single, cohesive interface.

The platform is clean and easy to navigate, which makes completing reviews or setting up regular check-ins quick and straightforward rather than a time-consuming chore.

I also really like how transparent the goal-tracking features are: it makes it simple to see how individual metrics align with broader organizational goals, keeping everyone on the same page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

While the platform is generally very smooth, the initial setup and customization of specific review cycles or permissions can take a bit of tweaking to get perfectly tailored to your organization's exact workflow. A few minor UI navigation shortcuts could also be added to make moving between custom reports faster, but overall, it hasn’t impacted my day-to-day experience in a major way. Leapsome solves the problem of fragmented employee feedback and siloed performance metrics. Instead of tracking feedback or goals across spreadsheets and scattered emails, everything lives in one accessible space.
