I like the simplicity and completeness of having all information at hand, along with the clear graphics and AI help. The self-assessment feature is very interesting, allowing both the employee and the manager to express their opinions and then compare them. Having a clean and intuitive interface helps me immediately understand where to click and see the information clearly. I also appreciate that everything I need is in one place without having to use multiple tools. The initial setup was very easy, as everything scheduled to be done was clearly present once I entered the homepage. Overall, I'm really enjoying the simplicity, AI, and self-assessment features. I've used Leapsome sparingly so far, so I don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd improve is the navigation; sometimes it's a little difficult to quickly find certain sections or data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
