1) It's difficult to get every vendor on board with modern non-paper practices; 2) system dependent variable download speeds *could* make review slower than an equivalent paper stack of documents; 3) presently, there is limited ability to annotate invoices in the system with either manual notes or system history. 4) I have to qualify these by mentioning we do use likely the oldest software with compatibility to Condoworks, Yardi Genesis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
