The only issues I’ve had with Leap, are based around, me, not finding the customer I’m looking for using the search feature. I have started to search for previous contacts by their home address versus their first and last name… When I’m searching for the homeowner’s name sometimes I have misspelled or incorrectly entered what I thought was saved in leap. So now I use the address because that typically doesn’t change upon input output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
