I have to specifically shout out Amanda! Her expertise across Salesforce, systems architecture, and process optimization is incredible. She operates with a rare combination of agency and foresight. Because she intimately understands the daily realities and pressures of Sales Operations, working with her is completely effortless. What problems is LeanScale solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeanScale acts as a seamless extension of our internal team, bringing clarity and structure to our most complex business requirements. Last year, they spearheaded the vetting and pilot of a new billing tool, expertly mapping out our intricate billing needs.

Beyond specific projects, they serve as our go-to systems experts handling User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new implementations and product roll outs. Plus, managing complex Salesforce architecture changes. Because of their deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) motions, we can trust that our systems are actively driving our revenue goals rather than hindering them.
