"Extending RevOps Without the Overhead: Lean Layer as a Force Multiplier"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Their ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions is what stands out most. They operate with a strong understanding of both RevOps strategy and day-to-day execution, which makes them highly effective partners.

They’re also incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Communicating directly via Slack made collaboration seamless and allowed us to move quickly on priorities without bottlenecks. They focus on building what’s needed now, without overengineering, while still setting us up for long-term success. That balance has been critical as we continue to evolve our partnerships motion. What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

At times, because they are so efficient and execution-focused, it can require us to be very clear upfront on prioritization and long-term vision to ensure we’re building toward the right future state. This isn’t a flaw as much as a function of moving quickly.

As we scale, we’ll likely need to complement their support with more internal ownership to drive strategic roadmap decisions, but Lean Layer has been an excellent foundation to get us there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
