What do you like best about League?

Support replies are fast, concise and precise. Even when there are communication or system issues I had 100% satisfactory driver resolution with your support so far. What do you dislike about League?

It would be lovely to have a bit more flexibility with our league credit after we chose to allocate it to LSA. A lot can change in a few months for a family, and it would bring your service to another level if there was the possibility of at least a percentage of flexible allocation (resources that could be used in more than one feature and are always spent last only after other resources are over when applying for claims). Recommendations to others considering League:

Talk to support. Use all the free resources available, but more than anything: talk to support. League offers one of the best chat support I've ever been graced with: people were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and driven to solve my issue or present me with the right resources to understand my request. What problems is League solving and how is that benefiting you?

League makes it easy to access the benefits I am entitled to through my corporation (Shopify). The rules are clear and I love how easy it is to access information and ask for assistance. The LSA is a treasured benefit in our home, and we absolutely love how accessible the system is and how easy it is to submit claims or fix issues with submitted claims. I can't stress this point enough, because for the vast majority of services claiming anything is a nightmare, and troubleshooting issues with claims is a level-up to a hellish nightmare. It takes us hours, sometimes days, to submit simple claims related to our dog's well-being using other platforms, for example, while the couple of times I used league for that it took me a few seconds to submit and a couple of minutes to fix my claim with the chat support.
