What do you dislike about LEADx?

It's not a dislike- more of an anticipation. I am looking forward to seeing Coach Amanda grow in her ability to answer questions and offer more content as user interaction grows. What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coach Amanda offers benefits whether you are leading a team or working as an integral part of a high-performance team. I have been a leader and manager for approximately 20 years. Throughout my journey, I am a life long learner always seeking to grow in knowledge and experience. The value I find is that she provides coaching that is applicable no matter where you are on your leadership journey. A new manager would benefit. As an experienced leader, I find much value in the 'reminders' she provides on giving effective feedback and strengthening your 1:1s with employees. I consult her for quick reminders on specific topics when situations arise. I also have established a 'goal' track for coaching in the area of Accountability.
