I just wanted to reach out and say how impressed I am so far. Over the last few hours, it has handled multiple chats expertly. The estimates have been accurate, it has tried to upsell when it made sense, and it even pivoted to a cheaper package when a lead pushed back on price. Overall, it’s been very impressive. It’s clearly been a better experience than other options we’ve tried, and I wanted to share some kudos. Competitive pricing and a superior product. Feels more than worth it thus far.
