What I like most about LeadSquared Marketing Automation is that it has allowed us to move from a largely manual admissions process to a much more automated, measurable, and consistent process.
The biggest improvement has been speed and consistency of lead follow-up. We can automatically distribute leads, trigger communications, create follow-up tasks, and move students through different nurture campaigns based on their behavior rather than relying on staff to remember every step.
From an operational standpoint, I would quantify the impact as:
- 20% faster lead response times
- 10X greater team capacity without proportionally increasing staff workload
- 40% higher referral conversions through automation
- Significantly less manual work in lead assignment, follow-up, and communication
- 100% visibility into where a lead came from, what they have done, who contacted them, and where they are in the admissions funnel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there is very little that I dislike about LeadSquared. Like any robust platform, there are always areas where we can continue to improve our processes or find ways to use the system more effectively, but I wouldn't point to any significant shortcomings with the platform itself.
One area where LeadSquared has actually exceeded my expectations is customer support. Customer support is often one of the biggest frustrations with technology platforms, particularly when you are trying to implement a system across a complex admissions, financial assistance and marketing operation. That has not been our experience with LeadSquared.
We have been extremely happy with the level of support we've received. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us to solve problems and find solutions that fit our operation. That level of partnership has made a significant difference in our overall experience with the platform.
So, if I'm being honest, I don't have a major "dislike" to point to. Our experience with both the platform and the LeadSquared team has been overwhelmingly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
