"Leadmonk for Razorpay Rize"

What do you like best about Leadmonk?

Leadmonk solved a very specific use-case for the Rize community which would have taken us ages to build as a product feature. And even then it might not be as seamless an integration as the experience offered to us by Leadmonk.

Mentors are onboarded in 5 minutes or less. All the mentors are listed on a single page, and community members can simply block 1-on-1 time. We can even include questions to help the mentors understand the context of the meeting beforehand.

The founder himself ensures that we get prompt help on any support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadmonk?

While it is already quite flexible in terms of customisation, it would be good to have even more visual design & layout options to help truly represent the brand.

Another aspect I would love to see in future versions of the product is reliable security. If there was a sure-fire way to restrict who can access calendar links, this would elevate its potential to another level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
