What do you like best about Leadmi?

The best thing I like about LeadMi is that it has simplified the strenuous process of lead generation. The platform has introduced us to social listening capabilities and its impact on improving lead generation, customer engagement, understanding customer behaviour, and more. What do you dislike about Leadmi?

There is nothing to dislike about the platform. It is still at a nascent stage and it is constantly developing to meet business needs and improve user experience. They are yet to configure CMS with their platform so that content distribution and management becomes easy. Will be waiting for the platform to launch this feature because it will be quite useful. What problems is Leadmi solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that we are solving with LeadMi is lead generation. Otherwise, the process is a bit too complex to manage manually or using other individual lead generation strategies. It is helping us solve customer journey creation and management. The benefits of the platform are that it's easy to understand, simple to deploy and use, provides the feature of lead scoring so that it's easier to prioritise leads as per their relevance and engage them in custom, personalised ways.
