What do you like best about LeadMaster?

This customer relationship management tool is very helpful with some amazing features in it. It helped us managing leads and online leads tracking. The best tool is its email marketing. It also tells about the emails that have been read. It facilitated us with importing data by customer. The reporting feature is also very effective and automated. What do you dislike about LeadMaster?

We often find it slow. The speed slows down sometimes. People find it hard to use and even we also required a huge learning before using it. The application is good but will be confusing for beginners. It is better than its alternatives but if we compare its pricing it is still expensive solution to use. What problems is LeadMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking for CRM in our organization and this is a good start for my team as we are now able to read recent updated notes and track everything on other hand.
