What do you like best about LeadJourney?

LeadJourney has completely changed how we understand customer journey data. Before using it, we didn’t really know which touchpoints were actually driving conversions, so we were mostly guessing. Now we can track every lead from the first click all the way through to a closed deal. The setup was surprisingly quick, and the accuracy of the data really speaks for itself. What do you dislike about LeadJourney?

What problems is LeadJourney solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminated the guesswork in our budget allocation. We can now attribute revenue directly to specific campaigns and ads, and the sales team has clear visibility into lead sources, which helps with better qualification.
