What we like best about LeadExec is the combination of a reliable lead distribution and management platform with outstanding customer service. We’ve used the system to manage and distribute leads across our clients, and it has been extremely reliable… essentially bulletproof for us.<br><br>Just as important is the team behind the technology. ClickPoint listens to its clients and has been very responsive when we’ve had specific needs or requests. In our experience, many software companies look at every client-specific request as an opportunity to add another fee. ClickPoint has taken a very different approach. They’ve worked with us to find solutions and support what we need without nickel-and-diming us along the way.<br><br>For an agency like ours, having confidence that leads are being captured, managed and distributed properly is critical. There really isn’t much we dislike about LeadExec. If we had to point to one area, some of the platform can take a little time to learn, particularly when getting into more advanced lead distribution rules and configurations. That said, their customer support makes this much less of an issue. When we have a question or need something configured differently, their team is extremely responsive and helps us get it done.<br><br>For us, the reliability, flexibility and level of support far outweigh any learning curve with the platform.
