As an enablement trainer who onboards new hires, I've had a front-row seat to the impact Leadbeam has had on our reps. Before Leadbeam, new hires were planning their routes in Google Maps and saving all their notes until the end of the day to manually enter them into Salesforce. That meant hours of admin work after a full day in the field, and notes that were often less detailed because reps were relying on memory.
With Leadbeam, reps now update Salesforce in real time, right from the field. The Salesforce integration is seamless, so there's no clunky syncing or double entry. Reps capture what happened while it's still fresh, which means better data quality for managers and a lot of time back in every rep's day. Hours that used to go to admin now go toward selling.
The AI features have been a standout too. A rep can snap a photo of a business card using the AI feature, and all of that contact information is imported straight into Salesforce. No typing, no deciphering handwriting, and no stack of cards sitting in a bag waiting to be entered later. It's a small moment in the day, but it's one of the features new hires love to show off.
The unexpected benefit has been the excitement. In enablement, it's rare to roll out a tool that reps are genuinely enthusiastic about, but Leadbeam is one of them. It's easy to teach, it fits naturally into how reps already work, and adoption has been a non-issue. Watching new hires go from dreading end-of-day CRM updates to actually wanting to use the tool has been one of the best parts of my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Leadbeam. As an enablement trainer, I'm always looking for friction points when onboarding new hires, and I haven't run into any that have slowed reps down or caused frustration with the tool.
What I'd really call out is the Leadbeam team. They're incredibly attentive to requests and feedback, and quick to answer any questions that come up. Even the CEO, Gabe, is hands-on with the product and will hop in to help answer questions from support. That level of involvement from leadership is rare, and it gives me a lot of confidence that the product will keep getting better based on what real users need.
