What do you like best about Leadbeam?

User-friendly and really helps me stay organized. The integration with Salesforce is great, and it lets me push updates to the CRM in real time. The app is quick and performs well overall. The AI features make it even quicker to log tasks. It was easy to learn from day one, but if you do need help, the Leadbeam team provides excellent one-on-one support to get you up to speed. What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

In our CRM system, we need to create a venue account along with a parent account, but Leadbeam only creates one. That still helps, but it doesn’t complete the full task we need. I also wish it could recognize bad data in Salesforce, like when a business is already closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadbeam helps me map out my day when I’m planning to prospect multiple businesses. With the volume of places I need to target and visit, Leadbeam keeps me on track by helping me monitor my progress and document or log what I’ve done along the way.
