## Lead Forensics Reviews
  ### 1. Outstanding Support, Easy-to-Use UI, and In-Depth Website Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan Y. | Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

You get allocated an account manager who is always free for frequent meetings and training with flexible hours. There are multiple training sessions that help get accommodated with the system which is very easy to use with a good user interface. The team are extremely helpful with frequent checkups and constant support. The website is very effective and can be altered to suit individual needs. The website is really simple to integrate to the website and shows in depth analytics of each page. The website is both helpful for allocating leads and gathering intel on marketing, showing what marketing campaigns work well and where they leads customers to.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One slight issue was at first a lot of customers were visiting the website just for service or parts numbers. However, I worked with my account manger to change the leads allocated to try to decrease the likelihood of this issue.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is extremely helpful the success of Marketing campaigns. For example, email campaigns can have landing pages which then can show how many people have visited that page. It also helps generate leads and find customers who have a need or interest.

  ### 2. Excellent Lead Tracking and Customer Engagement Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vicky m. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

This tool excels at showing you which companies have visited your website, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each item. I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. The virtual group training sessions I’ve attended have been well-structured and thoughtfully implemented, offering plenty of insights and actionable ideas.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn. As a result, I often find myself having to make phone calls without knowing the specific person to ask for.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Lead Forensics, I had no way of knowing which of my customers were visiting our website or what pages they were viewing. I also had no insight into potential new customers unless they reached out to us directly. With this software, I can now anticipate when a potential customer is interested, often before they even make contact. It also enables me to deliver an even higher level of service to my existing customers.

  ### 3. Enhances Lead Visibility, Eases Sales Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily S. | Head of Social Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I appreciate how Lead Forensics helps us bridge the gap between website traffic and actual lead visibility. I love that we're able to identify anonymous visitors and reach out to them directly. It's great to gain insight into companies or individuals who are interested in working with us. From a sales perspective, it helps strengthen our pipeline. I also found the initial setup to be super easy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The accuracy of company identification can vary at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics bridges the gap between website traffic and lead visibility, identifying anonymous visitors to strengthen our sales pipeline.

  ### 4. Using Lead Forensics to identify potential warmer sales opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Senior New Business Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use Lead Forensics as a means to track activity across our website and identify potential warmer sales opportunities to follow-up on. We also use it to track known prospects and existing customers to identify up-sell opportunities. I like that Lead Forensics provides a simple to use Visitor List dashboard that provides all the information needed, including which sites/pages have been visited, time spent on each page and total number of visits. Additionally, the reporting functionality allows us to identify which pages and industries are most frequently coming to our website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The contact search functionality is useful, however, I do sometimes find that the known contacts within Lead Forensics don't always match with the known contacts from an organisations LinkedIn page. This does leave some gaps when collating contact data on prospective individuals.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying warmer leads and sales opportunities to follow-up in a target manner as opposed to taking a spray and pray approach.

  ### 5. Review from Led Forensics Customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan H. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has become an essential tool for us at Brian James Trailers. It allows us to see which companies and individuals are visiting our website, even if they don’t submit an enquiry, which gives our sales and marketing teams a significant advantage in prioritising leads. We’ve been able to identify new sectors and geographies we hadn’t previously considered, which has helped us expand into markets we were targeting. The platform integrates well with our CRM system, making it easier to manage leads and follow up in a structured way. We also appreciate the support from the Lead Forensics team, who have guided us through setup, helped with best practices, and provided training to ensure our team can use the tool effectively

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The platform isn’t without its challenges. The interface can feel a bit dated and the layout is not always intuitive, which can make navigating certain reports confusing at first. Occasionally, some of the contact details obtained through the platform are no longer valid, which can result in lost credits. While Lead Forensics integrates with many platforms, we would like to see more direct connections with certain CRM systems to remove the need for middleware. Despite these minor issues, the benefits in lead generation and market insight far outweigh the drawbacks, and any initial setup challenges are quickly resolved with the support team.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of unidentified website visitors. Many potential customers browse our site without filling out a contact form, which previously meant we had no way of knowing who was interested. With Lead Forensics, we can identify these companies and key decision-makers, understand which pages they’re viewing, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.

This is benefiting Brian James Trailers by:

Generating warm leads we would otherwise miss.

Helping us target new industries and regions where there is interest but no current business.

Improving sales efficiency, as our team can focus on prospects who are actively engaging with our website.

Enhancing CRM integration, allowing seamless management of leads and tracking of follow-up activity.

Overall, it has turned our website into a more powerful sales tool and given our team confidence in pursuing opportunities we might have overlooked.

  ### 6. Insightful Visitor Tracking with Great Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the reports that can be set up with Lead Forensics, as they provide a nice, concise daily summary detailing which organizations have visited our website, how long they stayed, and the pages they've visited. I also appreciate that these reports can be tailored to gather the precise data we want to track for our product-market fit organizations. Additionally, I like how Lead Forensics can be integrated with our CRM, which automates processes, allowing our sales team to instantly access the data they need without delay. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to our amazing Customer Success Manager, Jaycee, who simplified the process and showed us how to get the best out of all the features Lead Forensics offers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For some of our team, they initially found Lead Forensics a bit confusing and felt that the interface was a bit slow at times. They struggled to understand certain features, but this has improved the more time our team has used Lead Forensics.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us to better understand which organizations visit our website, and what they're viewing, as we had no way to look at this previously. It helps inform sales outreach and automates CRM integration, saving our team time.

  ### 7. Invaluable Real-Time Website Visitor Insights for Smarter Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Fantastic, real-time monitoring of website traffic. The information provided (visitor company, number of employees, pages visited and how long spent on each) is invaluable when making contact with the potential customer. You already know what they are researching and with what they need help.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The leads are a little less valuable for larger companies (through no fault of Lead Forensics). It is not too difficult to find the correct contact in a small(ish) company but can be very difficult in a company of 500+ people.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We also monitor when our existing customers are accessing our website. This allows us to be proactive in reaching out to them to make sure they found the information and assistance they needed. The customer is generally very appreciative of this approach, and demonstrates how we have their best interest front of mind.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad Lead Forensics is helping you monitor both new and existing visitors in real time, giving you valuable insights to engage proactively and show customers you have their best interests in mind.

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 8. Exceptionally Easy to Use with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert L. | West Coast Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The system is very easy to use and gives you plenty of information to help you find and contact potential business. If you do happen to have any issues or questions, Their support staff is top notch. My contact is Megan, and she has been extremely helpful and present.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't have much I dislike about the system. if i could ask for one thing, it may be making it smoother to remove visitors you know are not true leads.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no problem to solve, we opted to try them out to see if it will generate more sales business. Seeing everybody who visits our web site gives me the ability to follow up with them to see if there is more we can be doing with them.

  ### 9. Insightful Lead Generation Tool with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the visibility Lead Forensics gives me on which companies have visited our site and the interest or keyword that led them there. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the great support, the available webinars, and the community tab/area that helps with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only restriction is that Lead Forensics can't identifying the actual person who visited the website, although this is an impossible task, but potentially it could use a pre-determined list of job titles that are relevant by industry to make searching for the contacts easier.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics for lead generation, improving website content, and researching keywords. It helps me know who visited the site, understand customer journeys, and track which pages work online.

  ### 10. Effortless Customer Identification with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics allows us to find customers we wouldn't be able to reach otherwise and provides us with contact information. It's a very simple system to use. It has enabled us to open new accounts and secure orders that we wouldn't have been able to without it.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I think the lead score system could use some improvement. It's a good concept, but the lead scores just keep going up and don't decrease over time. I would prefer if, after a month with no visit, the lead score would reset to 0.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us visibility of website visits and helps us find and connect with customers we wouldn't know existed, opening new accounts and getting orders. It's a simple system to use.

  ### 11. Streamlines B2B Lead Identification with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the good customer service and the great dashboard that helps in filtering and finding targets. I have been impressed by the effort in tailoring the experience to my company's needs. The filtering is great as it saves me time in choosing which leads to investigate more. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There can be delays in responses to queries with our agents, but nothing unreasonable. Ideally, next day or initial responses on the same day so that I don't need to chase. There was also an issue with handing off accounts from a Lead Forensics agent that left.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to find new business contacts and identify interested targets, saving me time with its great dashboard and filtering features.

  ### 12. Lead Forensics has been great for identifying potential prospects and verticals for partnerships

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny K. | Manager, Corporate Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is most helpful because it identifies key details, such as the webpage that is being viewed. This helps our team to determine if we should reach out with an approach toward corporate partnerships, versus groups and memberships. The Lead Forensics search tool is also very helpful as you can target a specific area, including City and State to identify local leads with national brands.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It has been challenging for me so far to get connected with the correct person. I have made several calls that have not converted to a meeting yet due to lack of getting into contact with the correct person.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is making our corporate partnership team more aware of industries that are interested in partnership opportunities. This is benefiting our team by directing categories within sponsorship to target. It has also been interesting to see which categories have been most active, corresponding to the time of the year. For example,

  ### 13. Amazing Potential Leads with Consistent Updates and Easy Company Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Lead Forensics has helped generate amazing potential leads for our team! They excel consistent updates and a very adaptable website that allows you to connect with companies with ease and track everything efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downside is sometimes the leads come back as not a real email address/number, which isn't really a Lead Forensics issue I guess. Also, being able to pinpoint slightly more when it comes to picking who to reach out to per company would be great!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us with generated leads from customers who visit our online store. It benefits because it helps us treat our online store like an in person environment.

  ### 14. The Best Software for Converting Traffic into Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan N.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I love that Lead Forensics significantly eases the sales process by providing warmer leads, allowing me to initiate contact while we are still fresh in their minds, which in turn boosts conversion rates. It stands out as the best software I've encountered for transforming website traffic into tangible business opportunities. The initial setup was a breeze, and the support team offered exceptional assistance throughout; Leon and Jaycee deserve special mention for their outstanding help. Overall, these aspects make Lead Forensics a powerful tool in bridging the gap between online interest and real-world conversations, effectively enhancing my business engagements.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Only the delay in receiving leads, which come in on average 90 minutes after a website visit. It would be beneficial to have this time reduced to enhance real-time engagement opportunities.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify website visitors and convert them into business opportunities, bridging the gap between online interest and real-world conversations, improving conversion rates by engaging with leads while they're fresh in mind.

  ### 15. Excellent sales support and onboarding, strong lead identification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is a very helpful tool to identify new prospects and gain valuable insights. The automated filters make it easy to spot potential leads quickly, and the built-in feature to find contacts directly on LinkedIn is a big plus. The sales team was convincing and professional, and onboarding/support have been excellent with quick responses, personal meetings, and useful tutorials and webinars.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Even with the great features, it still takes a lot of time on top of daily business to identify the right leads, research contacts, and reach out. Sometimes it’s a long shot to find the correct decision-maker and actually convert them into a qualified lead.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to see which companies visit our website and can identify potential prospects that we would not have known otherwise. This gives us a stronger starting point for our sales pipeline.

  ### 16. Excellent Lead Generation Tool with Powerful Insights and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been a fantastic addition to our tech stack. It's incredibly easy to use, and the insights we get on our website visitors are truly powerful. We've found it particularly useful for optimizing our paid advertising campaigns, as it helps us understand which companies are engaging with our ads. The ability to purchase contacts from these organisations has also allowed us to set up targeted follow up nurture email campaigns.

Beyond the software, the customer support is excellent. Our monthly check-ins with our Customer Success Manager are invaluable - they are proactive, helpful, and ensure we're getting the most out of the platform. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Their contact database isn't always the most up to date. After we purchase contacts to add them to an email cadence, quite a few seems to hard bounce, meaning the emails no longer exist.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've found it particularly useful for optimizing our paid advertising campaigns, as it helps us understand which companies are engaging with our ads.

  ### 17. User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that I can see when my customers have viewed our website, which helps me to target specific customers for potential upsells.

I like the layout of the website; it is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be beneficial if the system didn't do direct searches, for example, my customer could be called abc ltd on our system, but they could appear on Lead Forensics as abc limited. So they won't be sent directly to me.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see what our customers are viewing.

  ### 18. Great for making inroads within potential/lapsed customers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Amount of contacts plus their job titles is a great help when reaching out to make that first point of contact.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Email addresses not correct at times or contact no longer works at company.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem lead forensics helps solve is getting past the front door of a company, no need to contact generic email inboxes - you are managing to get past the front door and can contact the correct leads directly.

  ### 19. Great Leads and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex A. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics allows our sales team to find warm leads to nurture and turn into sales. Just this past month, we had a rep get a sale for two units from a lead that was tied back to Lead Forensics. Our sales team can easily use this to get leads and follow up with potential customers. It is also amazing to see how it ties into Google AdWords and we can see "real-time" when users are searching for our competitors or their specific competitors products.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I dislike that you cannot know exactly who was visiting the site, but this is a privacy law and out of Lead Forensics control.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is giving our sales teams more leads to folllow up, nurture, and turn into sales. This benefits me in that our company as a whole is more successful. I also like that I can use it as a check and balance to see how our Google AdWords are working.

  ### 20. Accurate Website Analytics, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The up-to-date information on the hits on our website

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Emails from contacts purchased using tokens often bounce back

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing fresh leads daily that give me a reason to call a customer

  ### 21. Long term customer - awful customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to see which companies have visited your website each day.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We've been a long term customer of Lead Forensics, price hikes each year without improving the software has made it difficult to justify this software over alternative channels which have consistently provided better ROI.

The reason for the 1 star, is partially the above, but primarily the awful customer service approach when it came to cancelling the contract. We were 1 day past the 30day auto renewal date, and they have forced us to pay in full for a service we won't be using.

Very short sighted business approach, when there are so many alternatives out there.

I would highly recommend considering alternatives.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing which companies have visited our company each day.

  ### 22. Effortless to Use with Accurate, Ethically Sourced Leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Ease of use, accuracy of lead information, privacy ethics, ease of integration

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Inability to get information about incorrect lead information to Lead Forensics (e.g., lead no longer works at company)

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making top-of-funnel efforts more efficient

  ### 23. Very helpful in creating/analyzing how well our google ppc is performing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The knowledge of who has been on your website/what pages they are viewing is a perk in itself. The email reports that you can set up to hit your inbox whenever you want is nice as well, because you don't have to login to gather the information. As of late, I've been loving how it integrates with our Google Ads to see which keywords are effective for our target companies. I also appreciate how I speak with a customer success manager at least once a quarter and that helps me to make sure I am getting the most out of all of the features.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At least for our industry, there are a lot of seemingly non-relevant leads. We are also an international company and a lot of our international traffic doesn't get captured and matched to companies in the system.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to see who is poking around our site in order to reach out if it's a lapsed customer and we know someone at that company. We are still stuck on how to actively gain new business from reaching out to a company on our site because the pool of options to reach out to is so big. It's also helping craft our ppc strategy with Google because we can see what companies are searching with what key words to not waste money on bots/irrelevant clicks.

  ### 24. Closes the gap between marketing spend and identifying leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David J. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The interface, filters and reporting are intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It didn't have an integration to our CRM. However, the Lead Forensics team worked really hard to help implement a connection via Zapier.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spend money and time on PPC campaigns and Organic optimisation. Lead Forensics gives us intelligence about our customer behaviour as wel las new leads. Our sales team use teh reports to directly make sales to our trade partners while the marketing team gather evidence about companies that are actively researching our managed services.
