What I like best about Lead Forensics is how it turns anonymous website traffic into actionable leads. It’s incredibly useful for identifying which companies are visiting your site, so you can follow up with real intent rather than guesswork. That visibility gives sales and marketing teams a serious edge.
Another thing I really appreciate is the customer support. We have casual monthly check-ins with the Lead Forensics team to review how things are going, and they’re always helpful and easy to talk to. It feels more like a partnership than just a software subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that sometimes we’ll get a lead notification, reach out to the business, and they have no idea what we’re referring to. It’s not necessarily a fault in the system, it could be someone on their network browsing our site casually, like an employee or even a guest. But it does mean that not every lead is as warm or relevant as it first appears, so you have to qualify them carefully before jumping in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear Lead Forensics is helping turn anonymous website traffic into actionable opportunities and providing valuable insight into which companies are engaging with your content. We’re also pleased that the regular reviews and ongoing support from the team have made the experience feel like a true partnership.
We appreciate your comments regarding lead qualification and the importance of validating intent. Combining website intelligence with thoughtful follow-up is key to achieving the best results.
