## Lead Forensics Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent Lead Tracking and Customer Engagement Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vicky m. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

This tool excels at showing you which companies have visited your website, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each item. I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. The virtual group training sessions I’ve attended have been well-structured and thoughtfully implemented, offering plenty of insights and actionable ideas.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn. As a result, I often find myself having to make phone calls without knowing the specific person to ask for.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Lead Forensics, I had no way of knowing which of my customers were visiting our website or what pages they were viewing. I also had no insight into potential new customers unless they reached out to us directly. With this software, I can now anticipate when a potential customer is interested, often before they even make contact. It also enables me to deliver an even higher level of service to my existing customers.

  ### 2. Unmatched B2B Visitor Insights for High-Value Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives us visibility into high-intent B2B traffic that would otherwise be completely anonymous. We rely on it daily to understand which companies are engaging with our site, what pages they view, and how that behavior aligns with real sales conversations. It’s especially valuable for longer, high-value sales cycles where visitors don’t immediately fill out a form. The platform is intuitive, actionable, and far more useful than traditional analytics alone.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One limitation is that identification works from visitors browsing on a company network, so traffic coming from personal devices or home internet can be harder to attribute at the company level. That’s an inherent constraint of the technology rather than the platform itself.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the problem of anonymous B2B website traffic. In our business, many high-intent visitors research extensively before ever submitting a form, which traditionally leaves sales and marketing blind. Lead Forensics allows us to identify the companies behind that traffic, understand what content they’re engaging with, and prioritize follow-up more intelligently. This has improved sales conversations, informed how we optimize our website, and helped align marketing activity with real buying intent for high-value opportunities.

  ### 3. Wouldn't be without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob P. | Head of UK Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been a real game-changer for us in understanding who’s engaging with our website. The platform gives us clear insights into potential customers we wouldn’t have otherwise known about, allowing our team to follow up with genuine opportunities rather than guesswork.

The software is intuitive, the reporting is detailed yet easy to understand, and the support team has been outstanding - always quick to respond and proactive in helping us get the most out of the system.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only thing missing from Lead Forensics is being able to identify the actual person who visited our website, however it does provide a list of LinkedIn contacts from the company

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not only does Lead Forensics allow us to target potential clients that we would otherwise have been completely unaware of, it also allows us to successfully tailor our digital marketing campaigns to our target audience

  ### 4. Regular Review Sessions and Page-Visit Insights That Improve Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mia J. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I like most about Lead Forensics is the regular review sessions, which make it easy to analyse activity and report back clearly. I also really value the feature that shows which pages people have visited and how long they spent on each one, as it helps me work out who is most worth reaching out to.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I’m not too keen on the fact that it doesn’t show how businesses found us—unless it actually does and I’m just not aware of it?

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see exactly who—so which business—went on the website, rather than just overall volumes and numbers.

  ### 5. Streamlined Lead Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like Lead Forensics because it's easy to use, and the reporting is very good. The support is very good too. It also keeps everything in one place for lead management. The initial setup was very easy with the help of our success manager.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I think the only thing that I'd want improved would be the lead management tool. I'd like to put extra fields in there for recording information. But apart from that, I think it all works pretty well.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics for tracking website traffic and lead management. It helps identify who to target, aids in managing leads, how successful marketing campaigns are and provides reporting. It's easy to use and keeps everything in one place.

  ### 6. Amazing Potential Leads with Consistent Updates and Easy Company Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has helped generate amazing potential leads for our team! They excel consistent updates and a very adaptable website that allows you to connect with companies with ease and track everything efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downside is sometimes the leads come back as not a real email address/number, which isn't really a Lead Forensics issue I guess. Also, being able to pinpoint slightly more when it comes to picking who to reach out to per company would be great!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us with generated leads from customers who visit our online store. It benefits because it helps us treat our online store like an in person environment.

  ### 7. Highly recommended for anyone who wants deeper visibility into their website traffic

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has become a valuable part of my daily sales workflow. It gives me clear insight into who is visiting our site and what they care about. The platform is easy to use and consistently accurate. I can quickly identify high‑value prospects, understand their interests, and tailor my outreach.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Some visitor data can occasionally be incomplete, which can make it harder to get a full picture at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps me optimize and identify prospects quickly. It feels like having an extra teammate who surfaces opportunities I would have missed. Lead Forensics has helped accelerate our pipeline and improve our targeting, and it delivers real value every day.

  ### 8. Helpful Support & Training with a Very Useful HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The support and platform training offered by their team have been very helpful. The integration with HubSpot is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Occasionally, the information is out of date, but it doesn’t happen very often. My biggest issue is that I can’t tell how long a single page view lasts.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us identify who is using our website and how they’re interacting with our content. It also provides better analytics and creates a pipeline of warm data for our sales team to follow up on.

  ### 9. Turns Website Traffic Into Sales Leads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The potential ability to leverage website traffic into sales leads for both new and existing customers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It doesn't tell you the exact person that was visiting your website. So then you have to reach out and hope you can find the right person to contact and connect with.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing that our website is relevant to our customers and that people are actively visiting our website.

  ### 10. Lead Forensics Delivers Highly Accurate Information

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I like best about Lead Forensics is the accuracy of the information.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

What I dislike about Lead Forensics is not being able to identify the exact person who visits the website. But I’m aware that it’s very difficult to get that level of detail.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us see which companies are visiting our website, so we can try to reach out and contact them.

  ### 11. Focused Filtering and Easy Contact Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham L. | Technical Sales Specialist - AMR and end of line solutions , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Wish I could know who was visiting, not just the company.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing courses to better use, although they are hard to get into.

  ### 14. Lead Forensics has been helpful for our sales team in identifying new leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

We receive the lists each morning of the companies that hit our website the day before. This allows us to get this list out to our sales and BDM team to ensure that we are following up on their interests. We have been able to customize our reports based on our current initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not knowing who within the company actually hit our website. Not sure this is something that can be updated

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see which companies are hitting our website and also allowing us to see if companies are visiting after reps are emailing them.

  ### 15. Very helpful with sales funnel

Wish I was able to determine the exact name of who went to our website, read our blogs, etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 18. Excellent insight to website visits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Before Lead Forensics we had no idea of who was visting our website and looking at our products. After signing up, we immediately had insight to potential customers looking at our website and the particular equipment they were viewing. This gave me the oppounity to pursue potential clients I had no idea were in the market for our products.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish there were a way to determine who at "said company" visited. It would be great to get an actual email address/phone number or name of the person visiting. I have to use LinkedIn or other message to try and get a contact for the website visitors which proves to be very challenging.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no problems. Our account manger Sam is great and very helpful. My only dislike was mentioned earlier oin this form... Although the chat with us feature can go away, it is annoying.

  ### 19. Good insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will M. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Useful to know what organisations are visiting you, what is most resonant and how you can capitalise on this attention. It's something we check every day, and highlights quickly and easily where users are finding the most relevant information

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The depth of information to then get in contact with organisations (or individual) is limited so it leaves you with a relatively blunt instrument to take advantage of

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to establish which organisations are visiting our website, and what reason for. LF allows us to narrow down the list of potential target organisations, and establish who is more likely to get back to us

  ### 20. Great Product to Understand and Boost Your Sales and Marketing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives our team the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy. We can see, in real time, how our customers are responding to what we are doing and make adjustments to better fit their needs.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics can be overwhelming because there's so much data you are receiving and it can be challenging to know what to do with it. It also doesn't show why they came to the site or explain oddities we may see, so having access to this data can sometimes leave us with more questions than answers.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company just went through a website restrcuture where we worked to make our pages or overall navigation/layout more intuitive for our customers. Lead Forensics is giving us a close look at how effective this is and what changes need to be made based on the observations and activity we see from users.

Our sales team has also made several different outreach efforts throughout the past year on a variety of our programs, so we are able to see if the customers they reached out to took the next step or did any follow up research, helping us know which leads and customers we should nurture most.

  ### 21. Great Software, Great Customer Service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristine D. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Not only have we gained significant insights from this software but any issues we have had with regards to the whole set-up and integration process were immediately addressed along the way. A big shout out to Samuel for all this help!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

You don't know who specifically is reaching out from a company.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics allows us to have visibility over new or existing customers that are browsing our site which prompt our sales team to reach out for a potential sale.
