"Powerful tool, excellent instructions"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The Lead Forensics product is amazingly easy to use and really helps me to focus my client acquisition efforts. Alex Glick, our customer success manager, was patient, but didn't waste time in training us on this product. I felt that the whole team, from the initiator to the success manager, is very focused on my company's success in using Lead Forensics. Very excited to see how this affects our overall trend and sales efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Nothing to dislike about it. It is truly one of the best products I have seen for marketing and lead gen. I have spent a lot of time in piecemeal products, going from one sight to another to find the information I needed. This product does it all for me, and for a reasonable price too! "Intuitive, Detailed Visitor Insights That Help Drive New Business"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Gaining insight into our website visitors has been really helpful, especially for reaching out to potential contacts and finding new business. The menu layout is intuitive, the reporting is detailed, and there’s a wide range of customisable options. The use of tokens to access lead information is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don’t have any specific pain points. If you’re using the built-in CRM, it would be helpful to have a few additional sections in the pipeline to better refine and track interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Support, Easy-to-Use UI, and In-Depth Website Analytics"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

You get allocated an account manager who is always free for frequent meetings and training with flexible hours. There are multiple training sessions that help get accommodated with the system which is very easy to use with a good user interface. The team are extremely helpful with frequent checkups and constant support. The website is very effective and can be altered to suit individual needs. The website is really simple to integrate to the website and shows in depth analytics of each page. The website is both helpful for allocating leads and gathering intel on marketing, showing what marketing campaigns work well and where they leads customers to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One slight issue was at first a lot of customers were visiting the website just for service or parts numbers. However, I worked with my account manger to change the leads allocated to try to decrease the likelihood of this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Lead Tracking and Customer Engagement Tool"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

This tool excels at showing you which companies have visited your website, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each item. I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. The virtual group training sessions I’ve attended have been well-structured and thoughtfully implemented, offering plenty of insights and actionable ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn. As a result, I often find myself having to make phone calls without knowing the specific person to ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Data Made Easy"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

It helps get me accurate and relevant data. Also the customers support is very good. Tom is amazing in helping us whenever we need him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I honestly don’t think there are any real downsides. The only thing I’ve noticed is that using the filters and similar options can be a bit difficult at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched B2B Visitor Insights for High-Value Sales"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics gives us visibility into high-intent B2B traffic that would otherwise be completely anonymous. We rely on it daily to understand which companies are engaging with our site, what pages they view, and how that behavior aligns with real sales conversations. It’s especially valuable for longer, high-value sales cycles where visitors don’t immediately fill out a form. The platform is intuitive, actionable, and far more useful than traditional analytics alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One limitation is that identification works from visitors browsing on a company network, so traffic coming from personal devices or home internet can be harder to attribute at the company level. That’s an inherent constraint of the technology rather than the platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional support from Joe and some powerful insights"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Joseph Stone (Joe) has been amazing to work with. From day one he has been knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of Lead Forensics. He has given me the tools and confidence to use the platform far more effectively, always taking the time to explain things clearly and tailor guidance to what we actually need.

What I have appreciated most is his responsiveness and consistency - whenever I have a question or need support, Joe is there with a helpful, practical answer and a clear next step. His expertise has made a real difference to our setup and day-to-day use.

Lead Forensics itself has been a valuable tool for us. It gives strong visibility on who is visiting our website, helps us uncover opportunities we would otherwise miss, and supports better, more timely follow-up. With Joe's support, we have been able to sharpen how we use the insights and turn them into real marketing and sales value. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

If I had to pick anything, it is that the platform can feel a bit complex at first and takes time to get fully confident with all the features. There is a lot of capability, which is great, but it does mean the learning curve is slightly steeper than expected.

To get the most out of it, you really benefit from having dedicated support or training alongside you. The tool is powerful, but it is not always plug-and-play, and having someone guide you through setup, best practices, and how to interpret the insights makes a big difference. "Using Lead Forensics to identify potential warmer sales opportunities"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

We use Lead Forensics as a means to track activity across our website and identify potential warmer sales opportunities to follow-up on. We also use it to track known prospects and existing customers to identify up-sell opportunities. I like that Lead Forensics provides a simple to use Visitor List dashboard that provides all the information needed, including which sites/pages have been visited, time spent on each page and total number of visits. Additionally, the reporting functionality allows us to identify which pages and industries are most frequently coming to our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The contact search functionality is useful, however, I do sometimes find that the known contacts within Lead Forensics don't always match with the known contacts from an organisations LinkedIn page. This does leave some gaps when collating contact data on prospective individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review from Led Forensics Customer"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics has become an essential tool for us at Brian James Trailers. It allows us to see which companies and individuals are visiting our website, even if they don’t submit an enquiry, which gives our sales and marketing teams a significant advantage in prioritising leads. We’ve been able to identify new sectors and geographies we hadn’t previously considered, which has helped us expand into markets we were targeting. The platform integrates well with our CRM system, making it easier to manage leads and follow up in a structured way. We also appreciate the support from the Lead Forensics team, who have guided us through setup, helped with best practices, and provided training to ensure our team can use the tool effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The platform isn’t without its challenges. The interface can feel a bit dated and the layout is not always intuitive, which can make navigating certain reports confusing at first. Occasionally, some of the contact details obtained through the platform are no longer valid, which can result in lost credits. While Lead Forensics integrates with many platforms, we would like to see more direct connections with certain CRM systems to remove the need for middleware. Despite these minor issues, the benefits in lead generation and market insight far outweigh the drawbacks, and any initial setup challenges are quickly resolved with the support team. "Essential Tool for Uncovering and Prioritising Website Leads"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics provides us with clear insight into which businesses are visiting our website without converting. Our internal lead generation teams rely on this information daily to uncover new opportunities, better understand visitor intent, and customise their outreach efforts. The platform allows us to easily track who is interacting with our content, which pages they are viewing, and how frequently they return. This detailed data enables us to prioritise prospects, refine our conversations, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

The user interface appears somewhat outdated, which sometimes makes it harder to notice certain useful features. I often find that it takes me longer than I’d like to locate the tools or views I need, mainly because they aren’t displayed as clearly as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable Insights, Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I really like how Lead Forensics helps us gain insights into our website traffic and improve the customer journey. It's great having more tools for our sales and marketing teams to win business and gather leads on potential interest from buyers. I'm happy with the service, especially with our account manager, Gaz Matthews, who goes above and beyond to make sure we maximise all the tools available. The investment seems worth it for our website development stage. I appreciate the good communication from our account manager, which helps us make the most of the tools we have. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
