What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I like how user-friendly and intuitive Lawmatics is. It's very easy to create automations tailored exactly to my firm’s needs. The visual interface is helpful, and it provides very precise reports. The tool is valuable because it ensures nothing falls through the cracks by recording activities and interactions, taking work off my shoulders. The initial setup was also very easy. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

I believe the custom forms could be improved. They could make them more like Google Forms. Right now, customizing them takes a lot of time. They're good, but the process to make them exactly how you want is time-consuming. It'd be great if they could make that process easier and faster, maybe by allowing you to add items instead of dragging and dropping each time, or by letting you copy and duplicate questions you've already created or included. What problems is Lawmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lawmatics handles client communications and automations, helps track client stages, prevents tasks from falling through the cracks, and saves time by recording interactions.
