What do you like best about Lawmatics?

As someone with zero legal background hired to oversee Client Services I had the initial task of setting up Lawmatics. Initially I felt clueless, but Jessie Hobbs was just what I needed to get me going. He guided our whole team over the six onboarding sessions and provided homework for us to review and personalize to truly make this platform custom for the firm and better yet, a seamless client experience. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

Without using it for so long I haven't hit any pain points yet. Frankly any pain point I did have during onboarding was operationally on our side to setup for the personalization. But, lucky for the team I know my way around a domain setup page! Also, the help and support is top notch as well with Lawmatics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lawmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to get our clients into the system and assigned to an attorney immediately. The automations are amazing - once Jessie was patient enough to walk us through 'the why' we all got it!
