What do you like best about Law Ruler Software?

There are many things we like best about Law Ruler - we made the switch due to the reporting capacity which has improved even more since starting. The organization, ability to text with potential clients, staying on top of the information, callers, scheduling, notes, sending documents, storing documents, getting e-signatures, sending contracts, tracking information, the list is pretty endless. What do you dislike about Law Ruler Software?

I have two frustrations - Law Ruler doesn't integrate with MyCase - which is on MyCase not LawRuler. And a second frustration which seems to be with all the software developers - it's constantly changing - things are added, design changes, etc. Screenshots for training are outdated too frequently. Recommendations to others considering Law Ruler Software:

Hire LawRuler to do the setup and for training. It takes time to do all the setup and intakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Law Ruler Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
