What do you dislike about LaunchBay?

As a very busy business owner I'd say its a lot and a bit overwhelming at the start to learn but its definitely worth the time investment learning and using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s saving us a tremendous amount of time while also keeping everything simpler and more streamlined for our team to work with. That has led to far fewer issues, and clients love having their own portal where they can manage everything easily. Overall, it keeps the experience very consistent for each client, which is really important for us so we can deliver the best experience every time, for every client.
