Lattice makes it easy to conduct performance review processes. I like that I can nominate who writes my peer reviews, and that the interface gives you the option to decline a peer review if you're writing too many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only use Lattice in a limited capacity and I haven't noticed any significant inconveniences. My team doesn't formally update goals set out in performance reviews, so the reminders to edit those can get a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
