Lattice has become an integral tool for our team. The AI functionality has been a real game changer, especially when it comes to performance reviews. I love how it brings together one-on-one notes, feedback, and updates in one place, which makes it much easier to write reviews or spot performance trends without digging through scattered notes. I also appreciate how it surfaces themes and insights—those prompts help leaders feel more prepared to have meaningful conversations with their teams. The customization options in engagement surveys stand out as well; we can make sure the tools align with Turo’s specific needs, and that’s helped us transition smoothly to our operating principles.
Customer support has been fantastic, too. Whenever we’ve had questions about features or needed help—like setting up a sandbox or creating feedback templates—the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Having access to resources, best practices, and even opportunities to connect with Lattice’s own people team has been invaluable as we work toward fostering a high-performance, feedback-driven culture. Overall, it truly feels like a partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where Lattice could improve is in its labeling and the flexibility of certain features. For instance, we weren’t able to change the term “values” to “operating principles,” which created some minor confusion during our transition. I’d love to see more customizable language across the platform so it can better align with different company structures and internal initiatives.
Also, while the platform includes a lot of functionality, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first. A key focus for us has been helping managers understand how to use the various tools effectively without creating extra work. That said, the Lattice team has been supportive and has shared helpful strategies to address this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
