"A Strong, Evolving Platform for Performance and Talent Development"

What do you like best about Lattice?

What I like best is that Lattice is a strong talent and performance management platform that keeps evolving. We started with performance reviews, and it was well embraced by the team. Employees and managers also like the AI writing tool. I’ve used it to summarize review feedback before meeting with leadership, and it helps pull the important themes right in front of me.

Lattice has also been really helpful for goals, reviews, succession planning, and reporting. We’re building more structure around leadership development, career progression, and formal calibration, and Lattice gives us a place to bring that together. The support has been consistently great. The Care team is responsive, and our account manager is willing to walk through strategy, reporting, and configuration with us. I also appreciate that Lattice is always looking ahead and improving the product instead of letting it sit still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

For our field teams, reviews can get administratively clunky because employees move between projects and may work with several foremen. We’ve worked around it with project-based review cycles, but it creates a lot of separate cycles. Template overrides and custom fields should help simplify that going forward. What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice helps us build the foundation for a full performance management lifecycle, especially as we scale. It gives us one place for reviews, feedback, goals or “big rocks,” reporting, succession planning, and eventually career progression. For our field workforce, we can use review data to spot gaps such as productivity or safety and focus training where it is needed.
