I like how practical Lattice is to use, both for administrators and employees. The evaluation is very intuitive and practical, and when downloading results, it's very easy to view the reports. The results can be seen very easily and it is easy to use, both for administrators and employees. The way of answering questions is intuitive and easy, allowing people to quickly move through evaluation stages. For administrators, it is very easy to find information thanks to the practical handling of processes on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I download the results, usually, when doing it through a CSV or Excel, the scores are disorganized and I have to organize them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
