I like that Lattice is extremely user friendly both on the administrative side and the employee/managerial side. It's extremely customizable and integrates with our current HRIS, as well as the ones we are considering switching to, which is huge. Even when demoing with some HRIS vendors, when we told them that we use Lattice, they told us to keep Lattice and not use their performance management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
