We use Lattice to manage the careers of our team members, appreciating its ability to create a more streamlined and connected employee experience. We really like that all of its modules are interconnected, and it provides templates for each module based on industry best practices, which saves us from starting from scratch. The introduction of an AI agent has further enhanced efficiency and people management. In the 1 on 1 module, it's great for managers to view an employee's sentiment updates, goals, development plans, and feedback. It's a pretty solid tool, and the Lattice team is constantly evolving the software to be more connected, meet new needs, and fix any issues that may occur. The biggest area for improvement is a more streamlined 'skip-level' experience for managers of managers and department heads.
