What do you like best about LatamCent?

There are several things that stand out. First, the speed at which they source talent, combined with a thorough vetting process and consistently high-quality candidates. I particularly appreciate the candidate video introductions. They give us a chance to see the people behind the résumés, get a sense of their personalities so we could make a more informed decision about who we'd like to interview.
