## LastPass Reviews
 ### 1. Stress-Free Password Management with Seamless Autofill and Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin B. | Executive - Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

What I like most about LastPass is that it completely removes the stress of having to remember so many different passwords for different apps and websites. You only need to remember a single master password (or sign in with your work account), and LastPass takes care of the rest by securely saving and autofilling your login details whenever you open a page. When you create a new account, the built-in password generator instantly produces a super-strong, random password, which helps keep your accounts safe from hackers. Also, when we need to share a username and password with other users in the organisation, we can hide the password so the user can’t see it, while still allowing them to access the third-party website and get the work done. It syncs smoothly across my mobile phone and laptop browser, making the overall internet experience faster, easier, and much more tension-free.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

What I dislike most about LastPass is how often it logs me out automatically. It becomes a real hassle because I have to keep re-entering my master password or using biometrics again and again just to access my accounts. On top of that, the overall UI/UX feels outdated and clunky. The interface isn’t very intuitive, so it can be confusing to navigate through saved passwords or update settings quickly. Overall, it lacks the smooth, modern feel I expect from an app I use every day.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass takes a lot of the headache out of password management by working like a secure digital locker for all our credentials. Instead of wasting time resetting forgotten passwords or falling back on weak, reused ones like “Password123” across multiple sites, it keeps everything stored in one place and autofills my details right when I need them. The biggest upside for me is the peace of mind and time saved, because it helps keep my accounts safer from cyber threats while making everyday browsing feel faster and smoother.

For businesses and team collaboration, it also addresses a major security risk by letting you share access to company portals and tools with other people in the organization without revealing the plain-text password. That way, the team can log in and get work done efficiently, but they can’t simply take the password with them if they leave. Overall, it helps keep company access and data protected while still making day-to-day work easier.

 ### 2. Excellent Password Management with Smart New Password Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak A. | Consultant (US Accounting & Auditing), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

It is one of the best software options for password management. When it comes to creating a new password, it suggests a strong, suitable password and also provides the option to save it right away.

Another useful feature is that it can auto-fill login details, so there’s no need to copy and paste your credentials every time you sign in.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Other platforms offer some advanced features that LastPass lacks.

The master password can be a risky point: if someone manages to learn it, they could gain access to all of my accounts. There should be some way to address or reduce that risk.

It also feels more expensive than other platforms.

Overall performance could be improved further.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very helpful for password management, and with the help of Lastpass I don’t need to remember all my passwords. It keeps all my accounts and login details in one place, which makes things much easier. The most helpful feature of Lastpass for me is that it automatically captures my login details, and this saves a good amount of time.

 ### 3. Convenient Multi-Device Password Management with Time-Saving Autofill

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nagesh B. | Sr. Transaction processing officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass is very convenient for managing passwords across multiple devices. The autofill feature saves time, password generation helps create strong secure passwords, and storing notes and login details in one place makes daily use simple and organized. The browser integration and easy access to saved credentials are especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The biggest downside is the concern around security and trust after past data breach incidents. Sometimes the app and browser extension can feel slow or require repeated logins. The free plan limitations and pricing changes compared to competitors also make the service feel less attractive over time.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass helps manage and secure multiple passwords across different websites and applications without needing to remember each one manually. It improves productivity by saving time during logins, reduces the risk of weak or reused passwords, and helps keep important credentials organized and accessible across devices.

 ### 4. Secure Password Management, Common security practices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Head of Internal IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like how LastPass allows me to ensure that my staff have access to the common accounts they need without having to send passwords in plaintext. This is great for maintaining security compliance and protecting both our staff and our customers.

The cost is a challenge as there is no adhoc adjustment available. You can always increase your number of licences but you can't drop until the next renewal. This is fine if it's a monthly deal but annually that can add up.

The interface is manageable. The ability to load passwords into a folder and then share that folder is significant. It means that specific roles or projects can have a shared experience.

We can also load in banking details, allowing the appropriate teams to be able to make purchases without the risk of losing a card.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Password syncing isn’t as fast as I’d expect. At times, it can take up to 30 minutes for changes to propagate across all of my accounts.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass for security compliance and password management, ensuring staff access common accounts without plaintext passwords, protecting staff and customers.

 ### 5. Secure, Affordable Password Sharing with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Betty H. | Fractional Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like that it is a secure way to share passwords among work teams. I can easily switch between my clients and get the needed passwords instead of having to call/text/communicate with each client every time a password is needed. The pricing is super affordable, IMO. I've used support a few times, and they have always been responsive and solved the problems that I had. LastPass does have an AI section. You can go into settings and configure adaptive policies to require additional authentication or block access if a login appears high-risk. LastPass also has integration features. I integrate with Google Workspace, and my clients integrate with others (like Asana).

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Integration with LastPass is not always easy, intuitive, or user-friendly.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass solves password management, security, and password generation problems by storing credentials in an encrypted vault, generating strong, unique passwords, and autofilling them across devices.

 ### 6. The Value of LastPass in My Daily Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I use LastPass to store all my access credentials at the creative agency where I work. I appreciate how it keeps everything organized and helps ensure we don’t lose track of the access details for each account. What I like most is the quick access, how easy it is to search for the accounts I need, and the security it provides by keeping everything private.

Having all my accounts in one place means I don’t have to enter my credentials every time; LastPass takes care of it with a single click. The search bar is especially helpful—if I don’t remember an account’s exact name, I can type a few letters and quickly find what I’m looking for. The initial setup was straightforward, and the browser plugin makes it even easier to use day to day. I’d give it a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The layout of the access icons, particularly in the desktop version, could be optimized to make better use of available screen space. Improving spacing, alignment, or grid structure would allow more subscriptions to be visible at once, reducing the need for scrolling and making it easier for users to quickly scan and access what they need.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass helps solve the challenge of securely storing and managing multiple access credentials across different accounts and platforms. Instead of having to remember or manually enter passwords each time, it keeps everything organized in one secure place with quick, one-click access. The search functionality also makes it easy to find specific accounts even when I don’t remember the exact name.

For me, this improves both efficiency and security in my daily workflow. It saves time when logging into tools, reduces the risk of losing or forgetting credentials, and ensures sensitive information is stored safely and privately. Overall, it streamlines access management and helps me work more smoothly within the agency.

 ### 7. Effortless Password Management with a Few Form Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve B. | Music Ministry, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love how LastPass helps me maintain all my login and password information with one tool. I appreciate not having to write down or try to remember passwords across different platforms anymore. The setup was very easy, and it integrates with most browsers and mobile devices, which is really convenient for saving time and organizing my login information. The ability to run security checks and get recommendations to enhance security impresses me. I also like that LastPass notifies me if any login information is reported in leaks, so my information stays secure.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes it can be hard to fill in new forms or fields due to the LastPass integration. It will block the field or try to fill in forms unless you turn it off.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to maintain all my login and password information, so I no longer have to remember them. It integrates with browsers and devices to save time, secures my data, and alerts me to leaks.

 ### 8. Password Sharing That Makes Remote Teamwork Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlotta B. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

The most useful feature for remote teams is the password-sharing functionality. Within each shared folder, access to individual URLs can be restricted for specific users, which is also very convenient. The platform is easy to set up and manage, and updates can be distributed effortlessly through the ‘Update My Vault’ function, allowing each user to sync independently if needed.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

It happened that a team member with limited privileges needed approval to access the platform from the same PC on the same LAN, for safety reasons, and it was stressful especially when the colleague who had to approve it wasn’t working at that time. However: safety first!

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password sharing among offices located in different areas is straightforward, and user profiling helps match password access to each person’s level. Passwords stay protected because they are not known to the employers. It’s also easy to block access to LastPass from a single place in case an employee is dismissed under bad circumstances.

 ### 9. LastPass Makes Passwords and Passkeys Effortless Across All My Devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Director of Operations, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass is one of the password managers that I use on a daily basis. The issue I struggled with was finding a password manager that worked everywhere I needed it to. Most of the platforms I found fell short, but one day I stumbled upon LastPass, and it completely changed the way I save, store, use, share, and manage all of the crucial login credentials I have to use multiple times on a daily basis. LastPass is installed on my phone, on my home computer, on my work computer, and on a tablet. Everywhere I go, LastPass does too. I love that they also store passkeys for accounts, which makes logging in so much more secure, but with LastPass, using a passkey is no longer a drawn-out process that takes a ton of time to get dialed in every time you want to use it. You can set up LastPass to complete an auto-login process for you, so when you get to a website you want to log into, LastPass takes over and gets you into your account before you even realize it. The platform is secure. It reminds me every time I have a reused or weak password. Clicking on one of the providers in your vault takes you straight to the login page, without the need to type anything in. Getting everything set up on my computer and all of my accounts was incredibly easy. Getting all of my accounts signed in and passwords or other sensitive data stored on the platform made integration a really intuitive process. Finally, LastPass is fairly inexpensive for what it does. I joined when LastPass was free, and I wish you could still use it in multiple locations while still being free, but I don't mind paying for quality software, and I definitely feel LastPass fits in this category.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I wish LastPass had remained free, like it was in previous years, but I can understand why they needed to charge for the service, and I don't mind paying for it. There are definitely some known bugs that have existed for years that have yet to be fixed, but every major software product I can think of has these. One thing I wish would work a little better is staying logged into a computer or device I use frequently. One of the bugs I mentioned makes it so that, occasionally, I have to log into the browser extension every day until I get things back to normal.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass helps me by allowing me to have extremely complex passwords or other login credentials without the need to remember them. They keep my data safe and locked in a vault that I can access from anywhere I need.

 ### 10. Trustworthy, Easy Access Password Storage for Our Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jatin H. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

The amazing thing about LP is that you can store all your information—like usernames and passwords for your business—without constantly worrying about security concerns. It feels trustworthy and is easy to access whenever you need it.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

What I dislike about LastPass is that when someone shares an invite or some information with me, it sometimes takes a long time to show up on the dashboard.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has benefited me a lot because I don’t have to look here and there for information like usernames and passwords for multiple sites. Instead, it gives me a single window where I can easily access and check all the information in one place.
