  ### 7. An essential digital tool I could not survive without - highly recommended

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Once up and running, LastPass just does its thing in the background, populates password fields, automatically saves new passwords and enables you to keep your vault of passwords nice and safe in the digital world. it has become an essential tool for me and our business and has allowed us to significantly strengthen our security by enabling us to use unique hard to crack passwords for all the individual sites we use.

We use it constantly every day and it has become a vital tool in our business. It also integrates well with all the browsers we use and all of us use the plug-in to facilitate its use.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I've sometimes had a few issues with the process of setting up a new user and linking their business and family accounts together but generally once it is up and running, it is problem free.

The settings are a little complicated and non-intuitive too (the interface isn't great in terms of design) - changing settings so that LastPass automaticaly signs out isn't particularly clear.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass means we no longer use repeated or simple passwords as well as allows all users of the company access to all the sites necessary to conduct our business, without sharing passwords in an unsafe way.

  ### 8. Dependable Password Manager with Seamless Usability

I use LastPass practically every day and it allows me to function more efficiently. I like that it links me to sites and easily pulls up my login information, and I trust that it keeps my information safe. It's a safe, reliable place to keep my information for the sites that I frequent. I also appreciate how it makes it easy to login and helps create password protections. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes it doesn't pull up the same website address and I dont know how to find it

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass daily for efficient functioning. It safely stores and retrieves my login info, making site logins easy and secure.

  ### 9. Simple and Secure Password Management Tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhilesh K. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like LastPass because it securely stores all passwords in one place and makes logging in easy.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

  ### 10. Effortless Cross-Platform Password Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like that LastPass holds my pass keys and passwords, making it really easy for me to save a password on one device and have it update on other devices. It's easy to use, and I find it worth paying for the subscription to have one-time passwords. I've got multiple family members using it too. I enjoy that I can right-click on the icon in my browser plugin to populate the one-time passwords as I'm logging into a site. It works really well across platforms and is well integrated with both Android phones and my iPhone. I also appreciate saving passwords, storing credit cards and addresses, and using the secure notes to handle very private financial information. At work, it's been beneficial because we switched from saving passwords in browsers to using LastPass, which allows us to share folders and passwords within our team. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I experienced a bug with the one-time password feature about a year ago, which led me to stop using it. Even though I'm paying for this feature, I haven't checked if it works now and instead have been using LastPass Authenticator. It's not a big deal, but the bug did make me stop using that specific feature in LastPass.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass for logging in, saving passwords across devices, and securely storing credit cards and addresses. It allows my work team to share passwords easily, improving our collaboration.

  ### 11. Makes online working safe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Easy to use, reliable, everyone learnt using in quickly. Structured, easy to find the login details. I think it's safe. We use the Team version, and the admin console is great; it gives us an extra layer of operational safety. All team member uses it every day. The customer support for technical issues is relatively good. I like the option of contacting the helpline different way, they usually come back to me very quickly.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The Chrome extension very often stops working. Buying new licences are shockingly long and complicated. Plus, we need to buy new licences in batches of 3 even if we need just 1.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Safe deposit of login details
2. Launching websites from LastPass
3. Generating passwords
4. Sharing login details safely and easily within the team

  ### 12. Convenient but Bug-Ridden Password Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Communications Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I use LastPass for sharing passwords across our company. It creates a central, safe place to store our login information so all employees can access it. When it works, it makes life very easy to log into things.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

There are a lot of glitches. I often have to log in 10 times or more, and passwords sometimes don't show up. It glitches the same amount as it works.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass for sharing passwords across our company, providing a central, safe place for all employees to access login information.

  ### 13. Effortless Password Management, Affordable and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like how easy LastPass is to use and navigate around. I also appreciate that different users can see different things, which is really convenient. Setting it up was very easy, taking only a few minutes. I also use it to generate random passwords for new accounts, which is really helpful. Plus, it's so easy and affordable, I'd rate it a 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes it glitches when I go on the website and the password doesn't automatically fill out, so I just copy and paste it instead.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to store passwords securely, avoiding having to write them down or store them unsafely. It's easy to navigate, lets different users see different things, and I also generate random passwords for new accounts.

  ### 14. LastPass Makes Password Management Easy Across Devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S. | Content Writer and Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass helps me manage passwords on multiple devices. I use it all the time, especially because I need to log in and out of other apps. It works well and is easy to use. I know they have had problems in the past, but I'm confident that they have cleared those errors. It's easy to use and pops up and asks "save this password?" when I go to a new membership website. I like to use it to log into marketing apps and social media.

I also use the password generator for secure passwords. It works well with pretty much every website I visit and it's easy to use it that way. Getting set up is pretty easy and customer support is professional and solid.

It's easy to integrate into my online workflow.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

They had a data problem in the past which worries me, but that's all. Hopefully data security is much better

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of SaaS programs I log into online as well as membership sites like social media, and each needs to have a different and very secure password. I love the password suggestion tool.

  ### 15. Strong Password Suggestions Without the Hassle of Remembering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 16. Effortless Password Management with LastPass

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen T. | Attorney at Law, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like most how easy it is to share my passwords with those that I trust, and that I hardly ever get locked out of websites anymore. Setting up LastPass was extremely easy for us, and we've been very happy with it as our first password keeper.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes LastPass doesn't activate on sites that I think it should be activating on, so I have to go to the extensions browser and turn it on. However, that doesn't happen that often.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass solves the problem of different devices saving different passwords, preventing me from getting locked out. It also makes sharing passwords easy and reduces lockouts from websites.

  ### 17. The BEST - Trusted and Reliable Password Manager for professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash S. | Infrastructure Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I have been using LastPass for the last two and a half years - daily and this is the most reliable password manager I have used till date.
The integration of LastPass extension over browser makes it very easy to access websites with dedicated different user ids and passwords. With LastPass I am even able to share the passwords of generic accounts so that can be used by specific person in the organisation.
Also, the most loved and value for feature is the password generator, we can generate passwords up to 18 characters, we can customize the use of special numeric alphabetical characters in the generated password. LastPass is very easy to implement as we can install LastPass extension over browser, LastPass application is also available on Microsoft store for Windows user, for Android users and vice versa on Mac and iOS users too.
LastPass has always been very reliable because of its 2FA feature and incase of resetting we can easily reset the Multi Factor authentication via admin account, so it makes it very easy to fix and setup.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I don't really recall anything weird or unexpected about LastPass other than the master password strength on setting LastPass. The Master password it is mandate to have 15 characters of long and secure password which makes it annoying for hardly 10 seconds when you actually have to activate/autenticate the extension or application apart from that I do not recall anything that I dislike about LastPass.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass has always facilitated users in the organization to login on multiple portals and applications easily and it does not require much of a hard or troublesome setup.
LastPass moreover doesn't throw any spam or junk emails, only the needful and necessary emails had been received by me from LastPass. Over the last two and a half years of my experience, I have never seen LastPass being down or having any kind of issue while implementing, daily use or be it while removing or resetting it for anybody.
In fact in my organization, it is mandatory to use LastPass as it is the most secure and the most trusted platform. We even use LastPass for generating passwords as the password complexity is very agile and can never be easily broken down.

  ### 18. Excellent Tool with Seamless Keyword Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vic S. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

The Mac LastPass app has improved over time, and I now find myself using it more frequently than the web extension. However, for it to function correctly, you need to have it enabled in Safari.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The web extension occasionally freezes when I try to search for a keyword within the Vault.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no longer a need to keep an Excel sheet for passwords or to divide them up among the team. With this, it’s easy to share passwords with other team members across the company, keeping everything in one centralized place. It even allows you to save MFA tokens for shared logins, which is really convenient.

  ### 19. Effortless Password Management, Minor Logout Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubhank S. | Support Analyst, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I use LastPass to save and manage all my passwords in one place, which makes it easier for me to handle my credentials. I love how LastPass autofills my login details on sign-in pages, saving me a lot of time. I can save credentials according to each website and update them easily whenever needed. The initial setup was very easy; you just set up your account and a master password, and LastPass takes care of the rest, prompting to save credentials for auto-fill whenever I log in on a new website.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

It sometimes automatically logs out and you have to remember your master password or you can't access your saved credentials at all. They should improve their extension so that it doesn't automatically log out after some time.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to save and manage my passwords in one place. It saves me time by autofilling login details, solving the hassle of managing different passwords and eliminating the need to remember them all.

  ### 20. Makes password management simple and secure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HCC I. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

The fact that it captures new passwords as you engage with websites. Also, that it checks for duplicate and weak passwords.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

If you are not logged into LastPass it doesn't capture passwords automatically.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the IT Director of a large church. As such I have to keep track of dozens of passwords to pay recurring bills each month and administer software. Without a password keeper I'd have to use a spreadsheet which, if found, would open up a lot of problems.

  ### 21. Effortless Password Management Across Devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amberly B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love using LastPass to store all my passwords for both work and personal use and to share passwords for household accounts like Netflix with my spouse. I only need to remember one master password for all my work websites, which is really handy since I often have to update passwords. LastPass securely generates passwords for the sites I use. The best part is being able to use it across multiple devices and platforms, such as Chrome, Edge, Android, and my Pixel phone. It allows me to seamlessly move from phone to computer, work to home, while maintaining the same access. I find it great that I can always use it in my browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and I love how quickly it updates across different platforms. It's also really helpful for entering demographic information with one click when completing forms. Setting up LastPass was very easy.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

On my Android, I have to re-log in every time I need to access a password, even if I haven't closed the LastPass app. It can get frustrating if I'm needing to update a password on my phone, as I keep having to log back in to save, update, resign in, etc.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to remember one master password for work websites, securely generating and sharing passwords. It works across devices, letting me move seamlessly between phone and computer.

  ### 22. Family Password Sharing Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JoAnne B. | Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

The "share password" on the family account means that only one person in the family needs to manage the password for any of our family subscriptions, and no longer are we reusing the same password over and over.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Nothing to dislike. I think the price for the family plan is acceptable considering the hours of work it would take to manage shared passwords manually.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important problem LastPass solves is being able to have unique passwords for all shared services and subscriptions, without worrying about security exposures.

  ### 23. Powerful Password Manager with Autofill Excellence but Support Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaryan B. | Coching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I use LastPass for secure password management, and it helps store and manage all our login credentials in one place. It shines with seamless autofill, strong password generation, and cross-device sync, simplifying logins for Asana, farm apps, or research tools. LastPass makes it easy to autofill usernames and passwords across devices, saving time while maintaining strong security. I appreciate its intuitive interface, dark web monitoring, and secure sharing for teams. Additionally, emergency access and passkeys add reliable security layers. The browser extensions allow for instant autofill across Chrome or Edge, and mobile app biometrics offer quick access on devices used in the field. Shared folders enable secure team password distribution for collaborative work, and the dark web scans and one-click password audits help to proactively spot risks.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

LastPass frustrates with poor customer support, often delayed or unhelpful for issues like lockouts. Past 2022 breaches erode trust despite fixes, and the free plan limits to one device type. Confusing interfaces, autofill glitches, and extra fees for monitoring add hurdles. LastPass customer support draws heavy criticism for slow responses, bot-only interactions, and unhelpfulness during lockouts or vault access issues, trapping users without passwords. Free users face barriers to live help, while premium gets delayed resolutions via tickets. Other improvements needed: autofill glitches on sites, limited free plan device sync, and clunky mobile interfaces.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to securely store and manage passwords, autofill credentials, and generate strong passwords, saving time while enhancing security. It simplifies collaboration with secure sharing and multi-factor authentication, crucial for protecting online accounts across my team's devices.

  ### 24. Seamless Cross-Device Access with Linked Accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Works on my laptop or my iPhone and my personal account is linked to my work account so everything is accessible in one application.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Some apps and webpages aren't standard and thus LastPass doesn't autofill for me so I have to go to the app to copy and paste the username or password to login where I want.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to have a unique password for everything and not have to worry about forgetting it or writing them down and feeling unsecure.

  ### 25. Secure, Easy-to-Use Hub for Sensitive IT Info with a Great Windows App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

One secure location for our IT team to track our sensitive information for the company. It's also very easy to use and has a great Windows desktop app.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

There's nothing I dislike about it and I can't think of any improvements to it at the moment.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One centralized location in the cloud that can be accessed from anywhere so that we always can get to our data.

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I like the ease of access on multiple devices.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes i fee the loading of vault takes too long.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want my password to be secure but easily accessible on iOS and macOS.

  ### 27. Great Cross-Platform Access with Handy Password Analysis Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chitsanucha S. | Front-End Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I appreciate that this application is cross-platform and offers extensions for every browser, allowing me to use it seamlessly across all my devices. The tools for analyzing passwords, such as checking their strength and monitoring for data breaches, are also very useful.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Currently I don't have any strong points, maybe the interface is a bit outdated. And sometimes I get logged out of the vault (in web browser) too quickly for some reason.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate having all my passwords stored in one place, which makes it easy to manage them. Being able to share them quickly and securely with my team is also a great benefit.

  ### 28. Nice, Intuitive Interface That’s Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

It has a nice interface that is very easy and intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I would like more information as an admin such as an easy way to see when passwords were last reset by employees.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us a way to easily secure our passwords, share our passwords, and access our passwords across devices.

  ### 29. Easy to Use Without Over-Aggressive Saving

**Reviewed by:** Adrian L. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Easy to use and not overly aggressive in trying to save fields that are not passwords like Keeper.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

LastPass is fantastic. Highly recommend it to others.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to centrally save and organise passwords.

  ### 30. Enhances Password Management, Needs Better Mobile Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christen J.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I appreciate how LastPass allows us to share passwords with groups easily and use shared folders. I can even block sharing of individual passwords, which is very important for our security. It helps in avoiding the problem of writing down passwords or using overly simple ones since LastPass stores them securely. I like its ease of use, especially in a nontechnical company like ours, as it's one of the easier ones for users to manipulate. The setup was easy for us as well, especially when compared to something like Dashlane.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The phone app experience is not the best. It's a little difficult. Logging in apps on the desktop that aren't websites could be easier, and there's not a plugin for the app, so you have to copy the password from LastPass manually. I have concerns about the breaches and issues they've had.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass helps me manage numerous client passwords safely, prevents the need to write them down, and simplifies sharing with groups. It's user-friendly, even for nontechnical people, despite some issues with app integration.

  ### 31. Secure Password Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I really like how LastPass stores data confidentially and can be shared among various teams without needing to share personal passwords. I love the autofill feature in the LastPass application, which is widely used in our organization. It helps store passwords securely and prevents users from forgetting their valuable passwords. The setup of LastPass is straightforward and easy, taking only two minutes for everyone to learn, which is great for our team.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I do not dislike anything about Lastpass

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to store passwords easily and securely, preventing people from forgetting them across tools. It keeps confidential data secure and shareable among teams without personal password exposure, and the autofill feature is a hit in our organization.

  ### 32. Works Seamlessly Across Desktop, Laptop, and Phone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelli M. | Director of Leadership, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

It works across all platforms - my desktop, my laptop, my phone

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I'm not crazy about the layout when you try to edit an item.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A secure place to generate and save passwords. I don't have to think of a new password and put it in a spreadsheet. LastPass does it all for me.

  ### 33. Effortlessly Manages Passwords, Needs Stronger Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Truck K.

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I appreciate how LastPass helps me manage my passwords easily. It securely stores all my passwords on its server, saving me the hassle of remembering them. I also find it valuable for remembering multiple passwords and 2FA OTPs, randomly generating new unique passwords, and using the autofill feature for logging into various websites. I found the initial setup of LastPass to be very easy and straightforward. Overall, I'm quite satisfied as I rated it a 9 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I think LastPass should invest more in security and audits because a past breach impacted my confidence, although none of my accounts were compromised. Also, the autofill feature could be improved.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to store and manage my emails and passwords, which helps me remember multiple passwords and 2FA OTPs, generate unique passwords, and log in using the autofill feature.

  ### 34. Secure Password Management, Slightly Clunky Admin Interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robb W.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I appreciate LastPass for its ability to create high-security passwords and maintain high secure passwords for all staff apps. I really like how it ensures password anonymity for all of the staff. It's also valuable that staff are forced to create high secure passwords, which they might not do on their own. I think it's great that for many of the apps, staff don't have to know the passwords, helping keep them protected and avoiding the need to change them every time staff responsibilities shift.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I still feel like the admin structure and interface is clunky. It could be easier to allocate certain types of profiles to certain types of folders and apply them quickly.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to create and maintain high-security passwords for our staff, ensuring all apps are protected. It keeps passwords safe, eliminating the need to change them when staff or responsibilities change.

  ### 36. LastPass: Secure Password Manager for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aijaz L. | Senior Systems Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass keeps all my passwords safe in one place and works across my devices. The interface is clean and simple, so saving and retrieving passwords takes seconds. Autofill works well in browsers and mobile apps, which speeds up logins. My frequency of use is high since I use it daily for both personal and work accounts. It integrates smoothly with browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which keeps my workflow fast.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Initial setup was slightly time-consuming, especially setting up multi-factor authentication. Customer support is helpful but can be slow to respond. Sometimes the autofill feature does not trigger on certain apps, requiring manual copy-paste. The number of features is good, but the settings menu can feel cluttered for new users.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to store and organize all my login credentials securely. I also use it to generate strong random passwords and share login access with teammates without revealing the actual password.
It removed the need to remember multiple passwords, reducing login errors. It protects sensitive work accounts with strong encryption, which improves security. It also saves time by filling passwords automatically across all platforms.

Sometimes passwords I have saved don't automatically populate the account login I'm trying to log into

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't had anything fixed recently

  ### 38. Secure and Effective Password Management, Pricing Could Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I find it especially valuable to securely share passwords or secure IDs where needed between employees. It's great to have peace of mind knowing our enterprise login details are safely secured with LastPass as a single place for password saving. We appreciate that everything is encrypted and stored to high security standards.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The pricing structure does go up quickly once you're above 50 users.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to securely save passwords for software accounts and share information safely between teammates and customers. It gives me peace of mind knowing that enterprise login details are safely secured in one place, encrypted to high security standards.

  ### 39. Essential for Secure Password Management - Great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I truly appreciate LastPass for personal use to manage my passwords. The platform's ability to manage unique and secure passwords across all my accounts resolves the hassle of remembering or reusing passwords, significantly enhancing my digital security. I particularly like the security dashboard feature that helps me identify duplicates and weak passwords, ensuring I maintain strong security standards. The ease of tracking unique passwords and the prevention of reusing the same passwords across different accounts are features that I find incredibly valuable. The initial setup was straightforward, and since then, I've expanded my use of LastPass to manage over 100 passwords, notes, and more. These features make my password management efficient and stress-free. Lastly, I'm so satisfied with LastPass that I highly recommend it to others, evident by my perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I wish there was a report that listed or sorted the last time a password was changed, and a way to mark critical accounts like banking versus non-critical ones like games.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to manage unique, safe passwords for all my accounts, and its security dashboard helps me track duplicates and weak passwords, enhancing security.

  ### 40. Effortless Password Management with Advanced Security Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc W. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Simple app that allows me to implement complex passwords across all my website and application accesses. Supports passkeys as well, and even a generator for MFA. LastPass is quick at patching and advising when browsers or IdPs change password automation paths.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Integration updates on some websites can add extra steps to using my passwords.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass gives me the ability to break away from phrases and weaker passwords for the multitude of access needs we all have. As one who has a stolen identity, the ability to maintain truly separate and complex passwords securely, and to use passkeys easily, is invaluable. The eventual notification of a company's breached systems now means an impact of one, not many.

  ### 41. Strong Password Generator, but Past Breaches Make Trust Hard

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor Z. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Generates strong passwords automatically. When I create accounts, LastPass can make long, random passwords that are hard to guess. That gives some peace of mind because weak passwords are one of the easiest ways to get hacked.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Security incidents hurt trust. LastPass has had a few breaches and leaks in the past. Even if the vault stays encrypted, it makes you uneasy and questions whether it is the safest choice out there.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

password storing and sharing

  ### 45. Effortless Password Management, Minor Clutter Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love how LastPass provides one central location for all my passwords and important information, making management of sensitive data incredibly convenient. It greatly assists in remembering strong passwords and ensuring they are kept safe. The ability to share passwords seamlessly with family is invaluable, as it facilitates secure and easy access to shared accounts. I'm particularly pleased with how LastPass ensures passwords are unique and complex, which significantly enhances security. Additionally, the accessibility of information, whether I'm using the mobile app or the web app, means I always have my vital data at my fingertips, no matter where I am. The mobile app and browser extensions stand out in functionality, providing ease of use and broad accessibility, which I find very convenient. Initial setup was remarkably easy, which allowed me to begin using the service immediately without any complications.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I find that LastPass's feature to offer saving passwords in the browser creates too many duplicates for the same site, likely due to changes in the login URL. This results in digital clutter, making it challenging to discern which password entry is the most recent. It would be beneficial if, when adding or updating a password, LastPass could allow selecting from a list rather than assuming it is for a new site when the URL has changed, or provide a tool for merging or cleaning up duplicates.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to remember and secure complex passwords, share them safely with family, and access them easily via mobile and web apps, keeping all my important info in one place.

  ### 46. Fast, Secure Cross-Platform Logins with Handy MFA Storage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

Being able to populate apps on my Android devices also saves me time. The speed of the login process helps me get on to the task at hand.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Occasionally I need to login to the add-in or website multiple times to getit functioning properly.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The password generator helps me to have long unique passwords on all sites.

  ### 47. Effortless Password Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

What I like best about LastPass is how easy it makes managing and protecting all my passwords in one secure place. It automatically saves and fills login information across devices, which saves a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate the strong password generator and security dashboard. It gives peace of mind knowing my accounts are better protected without needing to remember every password myself.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

What I dislike about LastPass is that the interface can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when managing shared folders or updating multiple passwords. Syncing between devices occasionally lags, and the browser extension doesn’t always autofill correctly.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass solves the challenge of managing and remembering multiple passwords securely. Rather than reusing the same credentials or keeping them written down, I can store all my logins in one encrypted vault that’s accessible from any device. It also safeguards against phishing and weak passwords by generating strong, unique ones for each account. This not only saves time but also gives me greater confidence that my work information is well protected.
