"Seamless Cross-Platform Vaults, Easy Admin Console, and Strong Password Tools"

What do you like best about LastPass?

Cross platform integration is strong and seamless, and the perk of the family plan that staff can link to their workplace vault encourages cybersecurity alertness and sound practices in every sphere of users' lives. The admin console is easy to use and has good policy templates. Passkeys are easy to store as well, and password creation is great. We've never had any problems or bugs, nor have we seen LastPass slow our devices down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LastPass?

Although the family plan perk saves money for our staff, as a nonprofit we wish we could receive a discount on LastPass, perhaps through TechSoup or even directly. The UI in Microsoft Edge on Windows doesn't feel intuitive or slick, just functional. It takes a little bit of getting used to. It would be easier to onboard and encourage adoption if it was nicer. What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?

LastPass keeps team credential sharing safe and secure. Above all, LastPass ensures we create long, complex, unique credentials, and now also that passkeys are easy to create and reuse. Lastly, LastPass is encouraging a healthy cybersecurity posture for our users in their personal lives and families, which helps admins feel more confident about their practices at work.
