We use Lark as the central operating system for our digital agency and project management operations. Specifically, we rely on Lark for:
End-to-End Project Management & Task Tracking: We utilize Lark Base as our primary database and Kanban engine to track project milestones, task assignments, sprint planning, client change requests, and bug reports across our development team.
Team Communication & Daily Operations: Conducting daily standups, internal team chats, topic-based project groups, and cross-functional coordination between developers, interns, and management.
Automated Workflows & Client Intake: Gathering client requirements, design briefs, and operational logs via Lark Base Forms and automated notification workflows.
Knowledge Management & Documentation: Creating and organizing SOPs, project specifications, meeting minutes (with Lark Minutes), and collaborative deliverables using Lark Docs and Lark Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature set is vast, so there is a slight learning curve for non-technical team members during the initial onboarding. Additionally, while the mobile app is powerful, managing advanced, highly granular multi-dimensional Base views and complex formulas is still best experienced on the desktop client. More granular permission controls for external client sharing in Base would also be a welcome addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
