What do you like best about Lanoza?

It's a one-stop shop, with everything our hospitality client wanted in one place: registration/check in/check out, room status, an integrated ordering system for the kitchen, and an easy-to-learn interface. I know there are more features that our client can scale up to use, but this was a really good introduction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lanoza?

It's a software, which is just fine in most situations. I hope the company considers releasing it as an app, which will make it even more user-friendly - especially for resort staff who are cleaning rooms and carrying smaller devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lanoza solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software makes managing a resort or other hospitality service very accessible. It's intuitive for guests and staff to use, leading to more effective task management and communication. Guests are happier because they can see the status of their room service order and other tasks. I will certainly recommend this software to future hospitality clients.
