The cost tracking view does not support multi-layer budget forecasting. We set annual budgets for regional market agents, yet Lano cannot compare accumulated contractor spending against preset budget thresholds. I have to maintain a separate spreadsheet to monitor budget consumption for our European market expansion plans. I would prioritize the addition of customizable tagging and grouping functionality. The platform should support filtering and aggregating all labor costs by these tags in one click. Built-in budget threshold tracking would be extremely valuable to input budget limits and trigger alerts when approaching or exceeding thresholds, which would eliminate the separate budget spreadsheet. There's a lack of comparative visual dashboards for forecasted versus actual contractor spending across territories. Additionally, Lano's integrations are quite scarce. There is no automated sync between Lano and the tools we use like Apollo.io or Xero, leading to duplicate data entry and inconsistency risks. Lastly, during the setup, language limitations were a small obstacle, as all advanced support resources are only in English, requiring me to create simplified notes for my colleagues.
