What do you like best about Langfinity?

The speed and accuracy of Langfinity's real-time translations remove a huge amount of friction during sales and support calls. It has quickly proven its value by accelerating sales cycles and helping us expand into new markets. The onboarding and support that we've received has been phenomenal, and the Langfinity team is very responsive to customer feedback. In the time that we have been customers, Langfinity has continued to iterate and improve the platform, refining it to make the experience even more seamless and effective. What do you dislike about Langfinity?

Because every language is structured differently, there will always be some lag/pacing issues with any "real-time" machine translation. This is especially true when an AI voice attempts to keep up with fast-moving conversations and overlapping dialogue. Fortunately, Langfinity also provides responsive live captioning and the interface allows participants to choose between voice translation and captions based on their preference. What problems is Langfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Langfinity almost completely removes language barriers during international meetings, allowing sales and support conversations to happen more naturally and efficiently. It allows our team to engage more directly and confidently with prospects and customers, eliminating the need for interpreters or drawn-out translated email conversations. This clarity is especially important given the technical nature of our business, and helps position us as a more professional and capable organization in global markets.
